Went to 4G several times and the staff were always so helpful and friendly

Everytime I have gone into this business I come out feeling great. It's never a struggle to get what I need and the staff is always super helpful. Honestly a great local business....

My first time going and I was seriously impressed! There’s a lot of inventory in the floor and the staff were all professional and helpful. It’s worth a stop in to get a feel for the right machine you may want or need.

Being generous with This one star. Brought in my bike in over 2 and a half months ago now. And they tried charging me over double what the price was for the parts. My quote was outrageous and cost more than what I paid for the bike itself. Kept telling me nobody carried parts and I had to wait until the middle of June for all my parts to be in their stock and it’s now July 15. And they keep pushing when my bike is going to be done. Never ever going back to this place again, I can tell you that one for free. I highly DONT recommend.

Great company with fantastic people. Had an issue with a stator on a Can Am quad and went to the experts. My meter showed me that the stator was bad according to factory service manual. I was given a new stator but it gave me the same readings. The young man at the parts counter brought Dan out front for me to speak to. After a great discussion,Dan figured out and showed me that my meter was faulty and the old stator was good. Dan was absolutely FANTASTIC !! And very knowledgeable. He took a good deal of time and used two different meters and different leads just to verify my meter was faulty and give me the correct info I needed. An absolutely awesome company with a very helpful parts and service department,definitely my Go To place now !!!

Very poor service. Tried to order some very common replacement parts that every other dealer in Alberta has in stock. This dealer had nothing. They tell everyone it has to be ordered and it’s a 2-4 day wait. Not willing to stock any common parts. Very snobby to deal with over the phone. Not very educated on their products. I have given this dealer multiple chances since they switched over and every time I found my self heading south for parts and service. Was going to buy a new defender from here but will def be staying away from there now.*start stocking some parts and actually service the people in your community. Stop running a business like its being ran out of a garage. well on its way to being another failed dealership in fort Mac.

( reduced from 5 star to 1 star)The initial discussion and booking of the service appointment was excellent, however, they have lost any future business from me following the service.Details : I needed the tires changed on my Victory touring motorcycle. I bought and supplied the tires. I actually met and discussed the job with one of the mechanics / techs in advance and he assured me that they were completely set up to do large touring bikes. I indicated that I would be bringing up the bike (not just the tires & rims) and was told that I would simply be charged the hourly shop rate for the job and quoted between 2-3 hours.Upon completion my bill for the service was $607.43. 3 hours labour plus $100 for tire changeovers ($50 for each tire).I was told that the service tech required far more time to complete the job than expected. Apparently he “almost had to remove the exhaust, and some of the body panels.” And then he had trouble balancing the tires. I requested to speak to the manager and after waiting about 10 minutes, I was told that he would not see me ! The service receptionist was in a tough spot and she was good with me but obviously I was upset and she was told to charge me the maximum 3 hours labour that I was quoted. However, in addition to the 3 hours labour, I was also charged $50 per wheel for tire changeover, hence the total being what it was. The service tech did meet me and explained that it took him a lot longer because of the bike style, etc and then he had no end of problems trying to balance the tires. He went so far as to suggest that the tires were of a poor quality - Avon Cobra Chromes - and ended up having to use balancing beads to get them to balance.For comparison’s sake I called :The other MC dealership here in YMM, who quoted me 2.25 hours labour all inclusive (tires supplied by me), andRiverside in St. Albert where I would be charged $250 for the same job (tires supplied by me). Neither of the other shops charge extra for the tire changes / balancing. In addition to the exorbitant prices, the fact that the manager refused to even speak to me reflects very poorly on the business.***UPDATED***Sept.29, 2021I received a phone call and text message from April wishing to address my concerns in this review. She identified that the shop was under new management and that, after reading and confirming the information in my review, wanted to make things right. She was excellent to deal with and I truly appreciated her follow up after this length of time. And the fact is, the new owners didn’t have to. I received an additional refund based on the the original service quote. So based on the new owners customer service and follow up I am bumping my review back to a full 5 stars. Thank you to the new owners and specifically April.

Had a great experience dealing with Dale. Super helpful and stayed on top of things and ensured the transaction went smoothly. Bought two sleds and a sleigh. Delivered in time. Dale is the man.

I recently had a great experience at 4G Motorsports, dealing with Eric & Laurie. They kept me informed and it was really easy to communicate with them. They even added a personal touch by helping me keep my purchase a secret, and aided in the final surprise - balloons and all! Thank you very much Eric and Laurie!
