HME Accessibility (Richmond) | Straight Stair Lifts, Curved Stair Lifts, VPL

We had a great experience with HME. Our Sales Rep was Will and the Installer was Johnny. The installation was done in Nov 2021. Both were very kind and courteous and seemed very genuine and caring for my mother's needs.My mom (91 years old) was being discharged from the hospital and Will was able to coordinate an instal very quickly. Some parts for the configuration we wanted were not available due to Covid supply chain issues but Will arranged for a basic unit to be installed to get us going and offered to upgrade when the optional parts came at no additional cost.After the initial install, we decided that we didn't need the extra option and HME happily refunded the difference no questions asked - easy peasy.For the install, Johnny made sure that everything was clean before they left and even had a vacuum! He also took the time to explain the operation clearly to my mom as well before he left.It's worth mentioning one reason we chose HME is that we have friends who also have aging parents and 3 of them chose another brand for their stair lifts and within 2-3 years all 3 started to have issues. Thus we thought to give HME a try - I'll update in if we have any issues.I'd definitely recommend HME without hesitation.
