Lynden Gate Estates - Skyline Living

Its been 4 months since we are living and still they just clearly ignore all concerns. Open switch boards and stuff. Ridiculous and even stairs when we pass by never had such bad experience in life.

Management keeps the place very clean and well maintained , If you need something fixed they are always on top of it , overall great place to live .Thank you Management for all your hard work .

Management team is always there if you need anything or have questions. They are super easygoing and friendly, really great landlords are hard to find. I had some off-putting meetings with other building managers but the team here is awesome and it's part of the reason why I moved in in the first place. The building and area is quiet, safe and clean. They've done multiple renovations to the property over the couple years since I've moved in.The only downside is there's no in-unit thermostat and units are heated through floorboard radiators, so if it's too hot you need to open windows or get an A/C, but often this led to lots of dust buildup or noise from outside coming in. Might not bother everyone though, and I don't think that's an issue specific to this building I think that's just how these older buildings were made.Overall a great place to live, no idea why it has poor ratings. I lived here for 3 years and it was excellent.

Lived here for 6 months ish... and were leaving. Skyline living is a plague on Brantford, they have been doing anything they can to maximize margins per unit, fired their live in management that actually cared for their tenants. They are increasing rent and up charging, and at the same time have installed EV stations which are required but maybe 10% of tenants. They've been doing last minute maintenance and upgrades to up charge right before rent renewals. Let to mention the way their new representative for administration treats people is with intimidation and harassment.
