Dr. Saunders took the time to answer all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He was very friendly and helped me understand my concerns.

Can't say enough about Dr Mandalfino. My mother saw her 3 years ago and when I moved to Stratford she was the only neurologist my previous Dr (of 17 years) was comfortable referring me to.She is welcoming, honest and to the point. I've had Multiple Sclerosis for 20 years and I'm in great hands here.

Dr saunders was really thorough about details answered any questions I had I would recommend him

Dr. Saunders himself is truly fantastic and takes the time to really listen and care for his patients.His reception staff however have been the root of all of my issues.The day of my surgery I had to wait to even be admitted to start the process of my surgery because when I got to the hospital, Dr. Saunders himself was there and ready, but the hospital admin & computer systems had no knowledge of my surgery whatsoever. This was because his staff had neglected in the 2 months between my last appointment with Saunders & my surgery date to actually send the information over to the hospital.This trend only continued. I had to see Saunders a month after my surgery due to post op complications. This was a Friday.He then referred me to CCAC for additional treatment and told me he would have my info sent over and they would be contacting me early the following week.1 week later, when I had still not heard from CCAC, I phoned the office to discover that once again my paperwork had not been sent over.After reassuring me they would THEN send it over I received repeated phone calls from their fax number. Very confused, I had to call the office back to find out that instead of faxing CCAC my information the receptionist was attempting to fax it to my cell phone number instead unbeknownst to her.Would be nice if the reception staff kept up with the very necessary components of their jobs so it didn’t effect Dr. Saunders patients procedures.

Dr.Mandalfino was a wonderful neurologist I wish I still was her patient anyone who is referred to her will be in good hands.

She seemed nice and I like her receptionist. But she lead me on then did nothing to help even refers me to someone out side the field in a note to my Dr. Says one thing to me and another to the Dr. She avoid the main issue to save herself paperwork.
