Eugene has a great customer centric mindset. He provided product and service information through multiple channels effectively and in a timely manner. There are so many similar products in different dealerships. Eugene's effective communication and services made a difference and earned our business, so that I was willing to come from midtown toronto and not shop locally. I will definitely recommend Eugene and New Roads dealer group to my friends if they are looking for both Toyota and its competitors' products. Dealership business model is not solely based on products. The pre sales, after sales customer service, and sales person mindset are also critical. Eugene is a good role model.

Wonderful, professional service from Chris, George & Ciaran! My family has purchased multiple RAV4s from this dealership over the years, and will continue to do so without hesitation! Chris & George did an excellent job of delivering my vehicle in as few months as possible (which is no small feat due to supply chain issues). Ciaran in the finance department was a pleasure to deal with, and Omar was a great help as well. Knowing this RAV4 would quickly fill with saddles, riding boots and endless amounts of hay, George made sure to leave a bunch of carrots in the trunk as a gift for my daughter's horse. What an amazing group of people to purchase a car from!
