Requested quotes for converting a tub to a walk-in shower, the response received was quick, the pro contractor that we gave the job to was Percival Ryan, excellent service the advice he provided was invaluable. Very bad location very bad management and manger .stay away from this home depot. They deleted my review 3 times and .I spend over $100,000.00 in last 10 years and over$4,500.00 2 month go .when I came back to refund some extra extension they refused and very rud SHAME ON HOME DEPOT AND THIS LOCATION MANGER custmer dont trust this location stay away...

We want ther to shop for house renovation every one ther was busy standing and doing nothing and we wait for help .no one come I'm surprised about ther good reviews. We want to another company and we had best service ...stay away from this LOCATION its waste time

The staff at this location seem rude, are unhelpful and don’t care about customersMy experience was the cashiers talk over you when you ask a question, managers are just as bad.There is a huge difference between Ajax and Pickering - recommend driving the extra 10 minutes down the road to go to Pickering Home Depot. They treat customers well..

i went to home depot to buy some stuff to renovate my house, everyone was busy doing nothing. they were rude to us so we left and wont come back again. bad service and reception and now we are going to another store.

I ordered some garden bags online on May 18th and paid for expedited shipping. May 28th rolls around and I get an email saying the bags have been delivered. My spouse and I were both home, no-one rung our doorbell or knocked. Nothing was left and now the order says it's been delivered.It's impossible trying to get someone to pick up the phone when contacting customer support and the online chat has disappeared from their website. I've been trying for weeks to talk to a human being, it's impossible. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and Consumer Protection Ontario, covid or no covid, if you sell things to people you have to actually deliver them.
