Not a good place to buy a car. I was interested in a used car and they had me make $500 deposit then a few days later I was no longer able to purchase the car due to a personal circumstance and they charged me $250 for nothing. By far my worst experience with a dealership. Don't bother go there it's a rip off.

Worst dealer Ford ! I would never trust them to work on my F150 diesel. I will always go at 440Laval, even if i stay on IlePerrot.Everyone PLEASE check the prices for parts to another Ford dealer before buying anything from them. You will be surprised on the price difference those guys have. Ex. the price for 7L of diesel oil & filter on IlePerrot it's around 50$ more expensive than at 440Laval ! I just called them for the air filter, also 12$ difference! Uglyyyyyyyyyyy guyssssssss

I bought a car remotely from them and did the whole deal while I was in Winnipeg and they were in Quebec. Even though it almost took a month for the car to be finally here with me in Winnipeg, the process went so smoothly. Especially Vincent, he’s one of the best salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I didn’t know any French and still had no problem dealing with them especially when I had heard some of my friends having difficulties while buying a car in Quebec. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

Very Impressive DealershipI’ve purchased several new Ford vehicles over the last 20 years. This is the first time I purchased a used one. We bought an SUV from Johnny Iskander at Ford Ile-Perrot and would highly recommend him. He was a pleasure to deal with, helpful without being pushy. When we were ready to buy it was his day off but he came in anyway to complete the transaction for us. Definitely would go back there again.

the car I was looking at was overpriced for the actual state of things...when asked to negotiate the potential answer would have been given only if I would give a deposit and promise to buy...wich was a big NO NO... car wasn't even ready to be driven..no gas flat tire...

They keep my car for a whole day to do a tire change. The service department can not schedule themselves well enough.

Got an appointment to fix my car right away. The hourly rate is a bit high. $135.00/hr. No English or French newspaper to read while you wait. Coffee is good and very hot, only 50 cents.

JUST INCREDIBLE!! All prices higher than other dealers arround!! Engine air filter FA-1883 is 49.17$ at this dealer but in Laval is 37.11!! 30% MORE?!?!Oil change is also more expensive!! DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!
