Dan assisted us with two real estate sales one out of province and one in Nanaimo. His suggestions and professional researched advise resulted in a much higher asking price then we had anticipated and a competition of buyers which resulted in getting the asking price. We are extremely happy with Dan, have recommended him to others and will surely use him again when we sell an other home in the future. Others in our family have also used Dan with success.

Husband and I were very happy with the service provided by Dan Morris 6 years ago when we were living on the mainland and looking to buy mid-island. We were very impressed with the extent to which Dan went to assist us over distance, ie regular frequent communication including exclusive first-look listings, and taking us to/from the ferry terminal etc. (so we didn't have to bring our car). Dan is a great guy who helped our family find our first home! He was honest, patient, friendly and professional throughout every step of the process. He encouraged us to keep looking and guessed when we finally viewed “the one” before we even told him! He just knew. Dan helped us to find the exact, perfect property in Nanaimo. He had been working with my sister, patiently I might add, for nearly two years already when we came into the picture and purchased our acreage. Dan could not have done anything better for us. I have known Dan for a number of years so when we decided to sell our house and buy a new one last year, Dan was the realtor we turned to. Dan's professionalism and expertise was evident from the start.
