I just love all their products! My favorite line is the pink bottles- nutriplenish products. They add a ton of moisture and health to my hair.I adore the texture tonic for a natural but defined style. The list goes on. The blond revival is amazing! The shampure line is wonderful and smells wonderful!Great products! Great service! Love the samples you get when buying online and sometimes in store! My favorite hair products by far! Been using them for years!

Friendly atmosphere with incredible service. Caitlyn is extremely courteous and thorough and also highly knowledgeable in regards to the products. I have always enjoyed the moisturizers specifically from Tulasara. Great experience overall.

I love certain Aveda products. I have very sensitive skin. The hand therapy is amazing but it has skyrocketed in price. The employee working was super uninterested and didn't really know the product line well. I was looking for a face wash for my supersensitive rosacea prone face. At the cost without being able to try a product that was for normal skin I could not risk another painful expensive reaction.

Very awful customer service.I came to pick up my usual products earlier this week and the man who was working was extremely rude! Not to mention, I have been using these products for several years and never met such a disrespectful employee. He told me I was better off using drugstore shampoo because I wanted to buy the 200mL bottles instead of up-sizing to the litres that cost over 100$ each. Excuse me for having other budget priorities, but is that really YOUR problem?! After all, I am still buying products...Needless to say, not professional at all. Very disappointed.

Marissa and Kayla were truly wonderful. Really took the time to give us the best products specific for our hair and skin needs. Other Aveda stores in and around Montreal should really learn from these talented ladies. Will definetly be going back because of the positive vibes from them.

I just left the store and wanted to share what a nice experience I just had. I was served by Caitlyn and she was so sweet and you can tell that she really is knowledgeable about the products and giving me all the info about what I could use. It's nice to go to a store and be treated like family she really got me excited to go wash my hair when I got home with her recommendations. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be back.

I ordered online from Aveda and it was delivered by this store . They sent me a 200$ bottle of conditioner with a broken cap and no free pump. Moreover the 6 free samples I selected at checkout were missing. Large bottle delivered with another product I ordered for a total of almost 300$ in a teensy paper bag with a rip and no samples. I am a returning customer to Aveda and I am absolutely appalled by the downright down spiral this company has taken. I have been trying to sort out my order with customer service for two weeks and on the last email she asked me what my order number is. Insanely frustrating and downright disrespectful.
