Nikki was wonderful. I needed a very specific size of fridge because of the layout of my kitchen. She spent lots of time with me, helping me find exactly what would work for me and was super patient with my questions. She was upfront with how much time it would take to get it in, then arranged delivery right away when it came in. She even rescheduled the delivery when that day didn't work for me. She was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout.

If you live in Grande Cache, tough luck. Delivery scheduled for May 31st, they mixed up the dates had to wait for June 21st. The employees don't seem to understand that they represent the company, manager works out of EdsonDelivery finally arrived today, 2 side tables forgotten in the warehouse. Couch doesn't fit, delivery guys frustrated with the office sales people because they have to take back lots of couches as a result of quick and poor sales communication. I felt bad for the delivery guys. Calling to confirm and reconfirm also doesn't work. Gotta go back to Hinton pick another couch...and wait....again...for another month to get my side tables ...

I have never had any luck at This location. Exchanged a mattress but they did not mention the box spring that you hate to pay for when exchanging it. So I bought a different brand and now have a mismatched set. The delivery drivers are good, the sales and management side is lacking.

Bought a desk here and was told when I bought it I had 7 days to return it for exchange or refund if it was damaged. Tge instructions it came with were complete garbage and after an entire morning of frustration trying to figure it out I realize some of the holes are painted over so I can't use them and the hardware I got was the wrong size. Now they refuse to refund. Store credit or exchange only. I'm so frustrated with it I don't want a replacement to have to try building again and with my work schedule i really dont have time. now I'm stuck with store credit in a store I want to say I'll never shop in again.

We bought our first mattress today after just using a hand me down for far too long. Helena was so great, she had all the answers to our questions and we got such a good deal! Definitely recommend coming here and asking for her!
