Very friendly staff that's why I gave 2 stars. Dentist is a rip off, charged me $998 for a flipper tooth,(went for a partial plate for one tooth)I thought it was because I was in the city but I decided to get a second opinion and another dentist in Bedford told me that the most he would charge is $399.

Always impressed with the staff at Basin View Family Dentistry. Everyone is wonderful with my kids. And as an adult who is anxious about dental appointments, their friendly and knowledgeable approach puts me at ease. Dr Shin is fantastic. She brings a positive energy to your visit and explains everything so well. Thank you!

I have been going to Dr. Moller since I was a young child. I am now 24, live in Toronto and fly back to see her. She is the only person I trust to do this kind of work. I have an extreme fear of needles but I am not nervous when I see her. Best dentist in Nova Scotia.

We had a great experience here. The front desk staff, the dentist and the dental assistant were all so fantastic with my 6 year old son who had quite a lot of anxiety about dental work. He left two separate treatments with a smile and filled cavities and no more pain in his mouth Thank you!!!

I had recently moved to Bedford and needed to find a dentist and I was so glad to have placed my trust with Dr Moller. Probably the best dentist I have ever used and I have been to quite a few during my travels over the years. Staff are friendly and professional and on top of all of this the view of the Bedford Basin. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you.

The hygienists and dentists are great here. Very nice, informative. And the view from your dentist chair is beautiful!

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Normally hate seeing the dentist but the atmosphere and skill of the staff make it comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

Had a bad experience here I would not have believed possible.We brought our son for a cavity treatment. He is an anxious and overactive child, I am aware he is a challenging patient, but he had a treatment here in the past for another cavity, where they used nitrous oxide for sedation as requested, and in that case all went well.This time instead they decided against using nitrous oxide (for I don't know what reason, as they knew the patient and did not allow a parent to be present), and our kid was anxious and worried and did not let the doctor operate freely. Despite that they tried to charge ahead and treat him anyway, to then suddenly give up halfway through and send him back home without completing the treatment with a gaping hole in his tooth.He had pain eating and was afraid.They did not even charge us for the service, just sent him away.I am ASTOUNDED.I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.They also promised to refer us to a different dentist to complete the treatment, but we heard from no one.Fortunately we were able to find a practice that accepted to finish the work they left incomplete at a very short notice and we are going to move all our family business there. The new dentist was shocked to hear the story and in what conditions they had left our kid.In addition to this, and here I'm going on the petty stuff because of how absolutely appalled I am by this practice, seeing the receptionist rudely boss her coworkers around every time we were there was never nice.

I call today for insurance expire date she so rude. She said i don't know. Call insurance company that's it very rude.
