I had an amazing experience at this Pizza Pizza store location. I was greeted warmly by the staff and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. The excellent service impressed me, as the staff was attentive and even made suggestions. I appreciated the variety of options available for customization. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. Overall, I highly recommend this Pizza Pizza store for its delicious pizza, friendly service, and pleasant ambiance. I look forward to returning and trying more of the menu.

Disgusting! Do not get food from here. I waited 35 minutes for a classic chicken combo and after all that waiting the sandwich was raw!! Employees refused to acknowledge and refused to refund my money for the meal saying they would offer me $5.00. I am in disbelief and disgusted by the employee refusal to acknowledge their mistake. If food is half eaten you are expected to just walk away without a refund.

no wonder all the reviews are bad as the girls working at this location accused me of saying i made up a story regarding burnt pizza. i am a regular customer here order 2 couples a week, placed an order, got home and the crust was burnt. i called customer service told them the situation, also them i can a pic of the pizza and send them but the rep told no problem they will gladly replace it. therefore i went back to pick up the pizza and the pizza was not thin crust and i told the girls it is not thin crust, the kept on saying it is thin crust and on top of it one girl said, “I am not sure why you said the pizza before was burnt when it was clearly not burnt” By that time i lost it and pushed back the pizza saying you guys can keep the pizza i don’t need it. so i thought i would call the customer service back and to make things worse customer service hung up on me during the call and now i am on hold for atleast 10 mins. guys do not go here, save your masonry give some other brands a chance to serve you. The store owner was standing at the back never came in the front to even acknowledge anything this is how bad this location is.

This was one of the worst experiences. I ordered a panzerotti, toppings were pepperoni, ground beef and extra cheese. When I got it, the cheese wasn't melted and the pepperoni was cold. She offered to remake it, the second time was not much different from the first, the cheese wasn't fully melted. I was told because I ordered extra cheese that's why it didn't melt. So, they decided to send it through the oven again to melt the cheese. I will attach the picture of the outcome which they expected me to take. Even a customer behind me said to her that they can't be serving that to anyone. I demanded my money back and left! Airport/Countryside location...Terrible experience!!
