Flooring Canada Charlottetown

We have had an unfortunate experience with this business regarding a warranty for a flooring they sold us that was made by Beaulieu Canada. The flooring came with a 72 water warranty which made us feel even more comfortable purchasing this higher end flooring. We contacted Flooring Canada multiple times before a representative from the company came to our house. There are two sections of the flooring in our main hallway and living room that are lifting and the vinyl has separated from the laminate. The representative told us that it was within an acceptable tolerance. We went back to Flooring Canada to honour this warranty as it not acceptable and they offered a box of flooring to fix it ourselves. So a year later we have a beautiful expensive floor with two main areas of lifted laminate, paid thousands of dollars to buy and have installed and it looks horrible. Very disappointed.

I have been going to Flooring Canada for several years now. I love their knowledge of the products, they stock every kind of flooring you can imagine. I have never been dissapointed with my purchases. The staff is friendly and welcoming and their section of remnant floors/carpets is a renovator's dream! They won't try to sell you something cheap but they won't try to make you buy something you can't afford either. Check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience purchasing window blinds from Flooring Canada in Charlottetown, they have a great selection available. The install went very smoothly and they look and work wonderfully! If you are in the market for new blinds I would highly recommend.

Excellent service and really helpful staff. We were shown a really nice selection of laminate flooring within our budget and wound up with something perfect. The staff helped us work out what we all needed to make it come together.Nice spacious store, easy to navigate and well staffed to help customers.

We just had our kitchen floor replaced with vinyl sheeting. It looks fantastic. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and the floor has been a great update to our kitchen. We love it and we have got numerous compliments on it. I would highly recommend checking out this store.

My wife and I were looking for tile in Dec 2020 and dropped into Flooring Canada on Mount Edward Rd along with all the other flooring places around Charlottetown. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Jeremy who with only a few questions was able to pull out eight wonderful options for us so fast it was as if he'd had them waiting for us to arrive.The service here was so far beyond what we'd received at any other flooring place in Charlottetown that we were just in disbelief. I could not recommend them more highly.
