AMAZING!! When you call, even on a Saturday, you talk to a real person!!! He came right out, repaired my furnace and explained how to prevent the issue in the future. VERY polite, professional, clean and down to earth. A true gem in Manistee. They have all my future heating and cooling business.

Jerry answers his phone, after many have called it a day. He came out to see my issue the very next day. He was on time, got a quick solution to my problem, and was reasonably priced. There are a lot of contractors who should take lessons from him. Highly recommend him.

Jerry was awesome - very friendly and professional. He got right to work and finished in less time than he thought it would take on my mini-split AC/heat pump. Those who recommended him to me were right! I will use him again and highly recommend him to anyone who has any HVAC needs.

We've had O'Brien's twice for furnace repair. The first time was great, this last time, not so much. Our heat went out the day before Easter. My husband called Jerry. He returned the call and came right out. He diagnosed the problem and said he needed a part. He checked his phone, said they had it and he'd have it on his truck Monday. He was also going to give us some information on replacing our furnace. He was paid his $150 emergency service call charge and left. Almost 2 weeks later now and we've heard nothing. Could he not get the part? Did something more urgent come up? Did he just not want to work on an old and dirty furnace? We'll never know since all calls and messages go unanswered. Unprofessional. We've decided to ride out the rest of the heating season with our supplemental heat. We'll look for someone else to replace our tired, old furnace this summer.

Heat went out in middle of winter, one call, short amount of time and Jerry arrived and fixed the problem late at night. Great customer service great price. Honest and dependable.

Jerry showed up in a timely fashion. He seemed nice enough. He showed me the issues with our boilers and he replaced a pressure valve. He then told me he needed to order another part and he'd be in touch. Two weeks later no word. I called multiple times with no response. I went to turn our furnaces on and found out neither was operational due to what he did, plus now there is water leaking from the system. I had to call another company to do the work, but they can't do it til first week of November. In the meantime it's gotten cold and we have no heat. My 70 year old mother in law lives upstairs as well.
