The next time you're in need of a sale, please make sure you also give the right information. This lady attendant just made my day much more inconvenient. I upgraded my phone with her last Oct 20 and had asked her specifically about trading in my old phone at a later date. She said it was ok. Fast forward to today, Nov 3, i came in ready to do the trade in, she now tells me it was not possible since it had to be done on the day of upgrade. Worst part of it, she denies having telling me and my wife about it. So two pairs of ears are worse than her one mouth?!Such unprofessionalism... Never going to recommend this store. All this lady cares about is her sales! Truthful information is but a fleeting dream to her.
