This Amazon 3rd party seller is unscrupulous & unethical.Their modus-operandi is the same for all- ask for a myriad of photos and promise a prepaid shipping label. They tell you they will submit a claim with the carrier and you'll hear back in 5-7 business days. They do not reply until you press them. They tell you a label will be provided once they hear back about their claim. They eventually deny your claim and blame you for the damage. They accuse you of mail fraud if you persist. They force you to pay return shipping, if you do decide to return. They charge a restocking fee, regardless of the reason (in EVERY case).For me, they declined a damage claim even before receiving it for inspection.The process is arduous. Numerous 'canned responses', empty promises, lack of follow through on commitments. ALL returns, regardless of the reason, are at the customer expense. BUYER BEWARE!My best advice, continue to press Amazon relentlessly to investigate their account based on very poor customer satisfaction ratings and negative experiences. Continue to ask for the A-to-Z team to dig into this and provide a full refund. Ultimately, you will prevail!
