Wow. If the customer service could be any less friendly or helpful I would be surprised. The Indian girl and her Spanish or Persian supervisor seemed like they were hating being there.. I’m not the one to usually post here or complain, but my visit today to the store was very disappointing

If I could give 0 stars….Strolled in 4pm today, no other customer, 3 young ladies gossiping/laughing the whole 10min I was there, helping myself to trying on 3 different shoes off the wall, the bench I was sitting on facing them.Maybe a feeble Hello when I walked in, but not once did either of them asked if I needed help with anything.I left with those 3 shoes on the floor, let these lazy ppl do some work. Obviously they don’t care about their job or sales.Other than, great quality shoes, nice style for men’s boots.

I love this place. Beside the brand that is my favorite as I believe they have the most comfortable shoes ever… The customer service is amazing, they are always nice and helpful. Have shopped with them few times and always a great experience.
