The BD team represents especially Patrick are among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end-to-end time to process complex transactions among a number of parties. Out of three local businesses we they followed up; they worked with me and took all my calls with questions. They worked with me even when my Sartell American Family Agent bailed on me in the middle of the job. This company rocks. The workers where all professional and worked very hard. Top customer service I have had in a long time. I highly recommend this business and if I could give more than five stars I would.

First off they entire crew was very hard working and paid attention to the details! The communication with Patrick from the beginning was awesome, he helped me understand the the process from beginning to end very easily. He also took care of having to deal with the insurance company after my first call to create the claim. NOTE that's a BIG deal!The whole crew from job foreman to each worker was very nice and professional. The work they did turned out amazing. (The whole west side of my house and garage plus roof and gutters) I truly am glad I chose them over any other company. With the bad storms that hit us last fall we had many companies come by and quote or try to get the work. Other companies did get some in my neighborhood and after seeing and hearing the headaches some neighbors had with other companies that re insured I made the right decision. BD Exteriors ,Inc will always be my go to company for any exterior work as long as I am a homeowner. I still can't get over how little I had to do and when it was all done it looks and functions excellent. Our home was damaged from a storm last year. We went with BD because they are local and had used them in the past for gutters. Patrick could not have been more professional and helpful with us throughout this whole process. He went the extra mile with talking with our insurance to get us the best outcome for us which was a complete house redone. Crews were always on time and very professional. Took their time to make sure yard was clean and clear of any of any debris from job. Even took time to play with our curious helpful" dog. BD came highly recommended to us so we met with them and decided to go with them. We had to re-side and get a new roof from storm damage and from start to finish we knew what was going on.
