***Update*** Food and availability in the evening have dramatically improved in the last few months. Very glad one of my childhood favourites is as good now as it was many years ago**Original post** The food is great when it's fresh.I work a late shift though and when I come by around 2am it's about a 50/50 chance that the staff have the drive though closed.And sadly when I don't ask for the food to be fresh, it tends to be quite rubbery.. I really want to see this place do better.

Open 24/7 you can get your late night burgers. It's kind of amazing you can get a double specialty king Burger for $10 with prices now days. These are big burgers for the money. I've never had a wrong order here and I thank the crew for their late night service.

1 Employee all by himself tonight was doing an excellent job . If you can run a Burge king by yourself you deserve a raise. What a great guy.

I think the price is decent, and when you compare them to other places, the value in the deals for what you get is worth it. Also I like that they are open late and they dont mess up my order constantly like McDonalds does.The thing that about BK is how when you order a large family meal for delivery it doesnt give you any customize options or even the option to choose what kind of sauces/dip you want with your order, they will just send one of each of whatever kind that they choose for you to eat instead. The adults in the house like mayo instead of ketchup with our fries and plus i have 2 picky kids who both will only eat the sweet and sour and they wont eat any other kind so they have to share just the 1 S&S sauce if they even gave us one, so some of their food doesnt get eaten, and all the sauces they sent that we wont use just gets thrown directly into the garbage. We have tried when making our order to call them to ask for the sauces we actually want and will eat instead but they never ever even answer the phone at this location.This is the reasons i only give this place 2.5-3 out of 5 stars.

Drove 30 minutes across the city for some dill pickle nuggets. Not impressed when I first received jalapeño poppers, although they were quite delightful.Was frustrated when I went to correct the issue and was met with a similar predicament this time I received regular nuggetsFinally, shocked when I went back for a third time and was offered no acknowledgement by staff that they had missed my order multiple times and charged me for items I never asked for.Good thing I keep that thang on me (credit card) because by the time I got my order I was about $15 in debt to the wrong food and an uncaring staff.Pretty rotten experience but at least my whopper slapped. Anyways won’t be coming back to this location.

It's my first time here. The main sitting place is neat, spacious and organized. However, washroom is a mess and not well maintained. I don't know why the Washroom is just neglected. Customer service is good, price is affordable and their food is well prepared. Lots of parking space for everyone. This Burger King opens 24 hours.

Been going here for years. Best BK in the city in my opinion, and the friendliest fast food staff in the city by far. They serve you fresh items all the time. I've never had an issue with having to bring something back. They are always,ALWAYS happy to serve you.

The customer service was the worst service I have ever experienced. They missed half the order and wouldn’t do anything about it. My poor mother in law tried to talk to them and they would just look past her and help people around her behind her the manager would speak another language to the employees and other customers behind my mother in law which is 78 years old gentle and soft spoken. The manager would say what to her and make her repeat herself over and over and basically call her a liar. The managers name was CYLYRA AND she should not be in customer service at all. Discrimination, rude and nothing got solved. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT CYLYRA YOU DONT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ordered 2 double Whopper combos.We were charged for two, but got two single Whopper combos instead.Called the number to talk to someone, no answer, so I left a message.And thought I write a quick review.Not too happy, and still hungry.I should have known better.Went back tonight December 28.Got 2 Double Whoopers.Buns were totally destroyed when I opened it at home.No cheese on either burger.Brought them back to the Burger King.Manager asked me if I asked for cheese, which I’m sure I did.They said their receipt didn’t show cheese, and said I’d have to pay for 2 new burgers.Then I showed them the burger with the ripped up bun.The said they’d make us new burgers, but I’d have to pay for the cheese, which I’m the end, they didn’t charge me at all.When I got home, the bun on the new burgers split in half with the first bite.I think they need to use fresher buns or something.It was a total inconvenience to have to deal with this.I probably won’t be back there for a long time.To bad… because when it’s good there, the burgers are great.Customer service was three stars.
