Excellent clinic with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The wait times are normally busy but well worth the wait and care given. I also like that there is a bus stop situated right outside the building.

The chairs in waiting area are beyond disgusting. Need new ones or a major cleaning. They have been this way for YEARS". I dont get it

The receptionist yesterday which was july 22nd 2022 was terrible. She accused me and my friend of pain killer abuse and said we can't take you we don't give out pain medication. I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR PAIN MEDS I SAID I HAVE BACK PAIN AND I WANT TO GET AN MRI IN MY BACK BECAUSE I HAVE SCIATICA! she's not a doctor this is a receptionist making false claims. I failed a test for Lyme, hormones and I was looking for help instead this girl at the front of this clinic gave attitude and she's still collecting a oaycheque and she hasent been disciplined or fired or written up?! There's no proper management here the receptionist are playing god with people's health! Just let people he I'll right and kick them out when you didn't hear there story! Please look into this girl

Terrible place. Currently on call 31 trying to get throught to reception. Dr is always over an hour late to scheduled appointments. And then makes me feel like an inconvenience. 2 years with a chronic problem and I'm still at square oneWith these people

great doctors, but just a little... confusing. there's a bit of winding around to find the right waiting room and everything looks PACKED to the gills whether it's stacks of files at the office spots or just narrow hallways and small rooms.often referrals can take forever and usually requires you making a second 'reminder' call to ask about the referral

Only clinic in town still refusing to see patients and insisting on phone appointments. Takes almost a week it more just for that much to happen. Reception shows up late, leaves early, and takes extra long lunch breaks. Doctor is slow to do anything, needs to be told things multiple times, and consistently fails to properly communicate importsnt information. This includes information regarding side effects and long term consequences of medication. Would go anywhere else if I had a choice, and have paid money at walkins to avoid dealing with them.

Walk in doctor was very rude and unprofessional. Other services are ok

But very confusing to find the place u need to go to. The doctors are very nice and very good at there jobs and the nurses at life labs too.Referrals take long. And sometimes appointment bookings.

Due to health complications I was unable to carry a pregnancy to term. I was hesitant to come forward about this but it is important that I do because I do not want another women to go through the same experience I did. The ultrasound technician who followed up with me was an absolute disgrace to the medical profession. As he was vaginally inserting the ultrasound equipment to assess my internal condition he was singing ACDC and then he said bluntly the baby does not have a heart beat anymore." Then

The Spence Clinic is in this building on the 5th floor. The other medical places should be reviewed on their own Google Map site. The building has other businesses in it as well. I have always been treated well by all the doctors at the Spence. My receptionist has always been awesome. Overall I am happy with the treatment that I received at the walk in as well. The Lifelabs are great too, but as I said in the beginning they are a separate company just like the physiotherapy on the 1st floor and the Thunder Bay Obstetrician and gynecology on the 4 th floor that does the ultrasounds.
