Bought a used bike here. Price was fair I feel. Negotiations were easy and again, I feel they were fair. The salesman, Andre Mazerolle did a great job. All the staff I dealt with were great. Got a great deal on a helmet too. Overall, the experience was a good one.Now for the complaints, cost them a star. they wouldn’t deliver the bike because I live too far away. Just my opinion, but I feel that for 21k and a 230 km round trip they should have delivered it, and, when I got the bike home and pulled it off the trailer, it wouldn’t start due to a dead battery. Not the end of the world, just a pain in the a**. It’s a long way from the street to garage, and they’re not the easiest things to push on gravel.Otherwise I’m happy.

After riding through Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize, I decided to take my Pan America for a quick jaunt north of the border to Canada as it was approaching 15,000 miles. There had been some electrical issues while I was riding in the rain past Toronto, so I stopped by Durham H-D in Oshawa to get it checked out, and Gord, the very affable service manager and his team were nice enough to give me a brand new ’22 model battery, which made a huge difference on my ’21 Pan Am. They also threw in a t-shirt, and I was on my way.Unfortunately, the Pan Am had different ideas, and within a couple of hundred miles, its engine died just shy of completing 15,000 miles. I was able to get it towed back to Durham H-D, and because they’d taken such good care of me on that earlier visit, decided to leave it in their capable hands. Over the next few weeks, they ordered me a brand new engine and fuel pump, and even replaced other things that I was missing such as my keyfob and a custom shield they rigged up in place of my exhaust heatshield that had fallen off (thanks, Brody!).I stopped by Durham H-D one last time after picking up my nearly brand new bike, to get the oil changed after putting on the first thousand miles on the new engine, and bid farewell to my new moto family in Oshawa. How much was I charged for everything that they did for me over all three visits? New battery, engine, fuel pump, keyfob, heatshield, and all that excellent service throughout? Just for that oil change at the very end, and that too was the most reasonable rate that I’ve paid anywhere in North America!Thank you to Durham H-D’s service manager Gord and his entire excellent team from the bottom of my heart and the base of my fuel tank—there’s nowhere else in the world I’d rather have broken down if it had to happen all over again…

Coming from Québec, on my way to Nashville TN, my Sportster 1200 2008 started wobbling a bit, which made me feel really unsafe. I stopped for the night and went to Durham HD at opening time. Gord at the service welcomed me like a gentleman and took me right in. Jesse the mecanic, went for a quick test drive and was able to diagnose the problem within a minute. They put my bike on the lift right away. Two wheel bearings and 2 hours later, I was on the road again!Unfortunatly, an hour later, I got stuck on the 401 for another unrelated trouble. I decided to get the bike towed to Durham again. Gord and Jesse were waiting for me outside. They got the motorcycle back inside really quick again. Unfortunatly, the diagnostic did not play in my favor. I decided to get the beast hauled back to my place by pickup truck as the parts needed were not readilly available.After all these adventures, I ended up only paying a really fair price for the bearings replacement. That’s it.These honnest people really know how to treat a traveller in trouble and are a pride to Harley-Davidson’s name. They made me feel safe and proud to be part of this community.I highly recommand them for any service or transaction. Be confident that you will be well taken care of.Merci beaucoup les boys!

The process was kept simple and the dealership made sure i was completely satisfied.Andre Mazerolle from the sales team was unreal to work with. Andre was amazing and I have a new friend. Taught me about my bike and gave me lots of advice for future.Piper was sweet and gave a discount on my new jacket/gloves and a free hat.Andre also threw in store credit to help buy the fresh gear.Financing was great until they switched advisors and she was unprepared & I felt pressured to finalize contract immediately.Made me feel like their bike product is the crown jewel and full service is second.Main reason I bought a Harley is because of Jeff and Andre.Felt angry/embarrassed about the waste of time taking all day and inconveniencing myself and 2 others with me helping me load up my new bike.I had 5 days before my license expired and I received call from her as I was driving down to pick up bike with trailer. Today was an amazing day. I’ve always wanted a Harley Davidson, and today was that day to finally get one when my wife and I arrived at the dealership the experience was unlike any other vehicle purchasing experience I’ve had. From the minute you walked in they made you feel welcomed. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark as my sales representative. He was extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to never once made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about or what I wanted. During our conversations he introduced me to Joe. The sales manager, who was not only polite and friendly, but was able to tailor his communication to match my enthusiasm for getting my first Harley Davidson after some “intense negotiation”. We had the most delightful financing conversation we have ever had with the wonderful Shriti. Every time I’ve purchased a vehicle it’s almost been a battle dealing with the final purchasing steps however, this time was not only informational and smooth but actually fun. From start to finish the process was simple exciting and overall top shelf. I pick up my brand new street bob on Monday and I can’t wait to recommend my family members to purchase from this dealership. Thank you the the Harley team for making this experience. Exactly that, an experience.

First off, I want to say that this was probably the most enjoyable transaction that I have ever made with a business.This is my first ever Harley Davidson. And I wasn’t sure originally that I wanted to own a Harley Davidson. But I will say that each time I walk by my new bike sitting in the garage I think about my purchase experience at Durham Harley, and overall how well I was treated through the entire process.The staff here were great. From finance and and sales to parts and apparel, I met everyone and everyone in their respective department made me feel welcomed and that my business matters.This is almost unheard of today.Andre is on another level. His knowledge of the products and the time that he invested in me to better understand the product line up and my options was very impressive.Upon delivery, time was set aside for me (he went thorough it all), to get familiarized with the bike and provide me with an understanding how everything worked. The Instagram video of taking delivery and the ringing of the bell also made it fun and was a nice touch! Just waiting to see posted lol!Thank you Andre!A friend of mine had asked me “ was there a reason you didn’t buy one locally?”My response; “ when everyone cares like that, I’ll make that drive!”So, in summary, I feel like I didn’t just buy a Harley Davidson motorcycle but I bought a Harley Davidson experience. 1. Had them install heated grips but they did not activate them on the bike so they did not work.2. Dropped off with 4 check engine codes.3. Bike did not have updated firm ware installed on it so it needed an update. And is still not up to date after being to the shop again.4. Arranged to have it picked up from my place on a Friday to look after. Bike picked up Monday. Service manager would not return my calls till late that day, then told me it was Monday. That is not what we agreed to.5. Was told two engine codes were due to a cut turn signal wire in a harness. So they just spliced it together and rerouted it. Was told other two codes were due to no up date. But never said what a P214900H is. “Fuel injector (rear group) B supply volt circuit open”. This one just got cleared I guess.6. Was told I would have bike back by long weekend. They did not look at it till the end of the week. Then could not deliver so I had to drive to Oshawa, leave my car to pick it up for the long weekend then bum a ride to get my car.7. Checked tire pressure because tire pressure warning has been coming on. Both tires low.8. Checked oil level according to manual. Oil way to high. It was up to the “I” from “SIDE STAND” on the dip stick. See pic. At least 225ml extra.9. Oil is dirty n black. Read up on it oil was probably changed on a stand this caused old oil to stay in the bike and makes new stuff black and dirty. And when you add the “correct” amount you now have too much in the engine because it was not all drained.
