Found Pearson's pop up shop at the Edmonton Airport outlet mall and they were fantastic! Free samples are an automatic 5 star but their customer service was definitely a 6. My friends and I were given free(full size) sauces to try as well as a sneak peak at their pumpkin pie ice cream. It's amazing.

Went to pick up treats for a friend who wanted them for dessert for Thanksgiving. I bought what I thought were Saskatoon tarts, but they were actually butter tarts with very little Saskatoon dust on top. Tastey but not what I thought I was asking for. Apparently they make a whole bunch of butter tart based flavours. I can only imagine the apple butter tarts would be deadly delicious. Kind of caramel apple flavour.I have loved Pearson's products for years, especially their fruit based sauces and ,of course, Saskatoon pie...my favourite.
