Recently I was purchasing a Kitchen Aid fridge at this location.The store has a big selection of all appliances or even they can find you a fridge you are looking for.Salim the manager is a very nice person,all employees were helpful and polite.Very prompt service with delivery on time.Definitely 5 star!Highly recommend this place.

Dixie Electronics & Appliances provides excellent customer service and products. I felt well taken care of and actually got amazing tips and advice from Saleem. Professional and knowledgeable, yet gently and not overwhelming approach, focused on what we needed, you have a real instinct to understand your customers. We purchased home appliances (stove, fridge and tv) and thanks to your crew were able to bring them in almost impossible lay out. I bought a bosch dishwasher and LG washer from Mr.Saleem, provided with great knowledge and service and at the best price’s available in the world! It got delivered in this bad weather on time even though it was snowing a lot. I’m personally very greatful and would love to purchase all my appliances from here highly recommend this place.

I purchased a dishwasher from here and it arrived with a few dents on the front door, after a phone call regarding the issue the night of delivery, I was told to send an email with pictures to their email address listed on the website, it has been over 1 month and 3 emails later I have had no reply from anyone regarding the issue, next major purchase I will take to a more reputable store and I suggest you do the same. I now have to live with a dented and damaged dishwasher seeing this place doesn't care to resolve the problem.

I visited Dixie Electronics & Appliances and met with Saleem to discuss my all-home appliances options and quote. I bought my home appliances at great price and I had a great experience dealing with Saleem and team of Dixie Electronics. There were some delays from vendor due to pandemics but I was getting continuous updates until all appliances were delivered. Saleem has great knowledge of products, excellent customer service and efficient communication. Saleem is very good person and goes out of the way to keep his excellent customer service.After first experience, we bought new TV as well with great customer service and now I am dealing with Dixie Electronics for any new appliances or electronics needs. I would highly recommend this store for any home Appliances & Electronics needs.

Disappointed with the product. Disappointed with the services. We bought a fridge from Dixie Electronics on a friend's recommendation. The ordeal (which we are still going through) started when we ordered a Frigidaire. It was delivered after eight long months. When it was installed, there was no cooling. So Dixie Electronics (DE) arranged a replacement in a few weeks. The replaced fridge is also faulty. It gives out loud banging noises at irregular intervals. Sometimes in the middle of the night. We informed DE. But they asked us to call the manufacturer, who arranged a tech. The tech visited for fifteen minutes. During his visit the loud noise did not happen, so he informed the manufacturer that there is no fault. Calling the manufacturer/ or the third party is a nightmare, as it's difficult to reach them. Long story short. Never buy a Frigidaire fridge. Avoid Dixie Electronics if you can.
