Always great for quick sugar rush stop. Like that they always have something different that they offer. Not always the same old standard doughnuts. Great coffee and love their ice cap.

There is no service there! And the girl at the cash was very funny I guess. She didn't know if she can add tomatoes at the grill cheese-bacon Panini and she ask another guy and the other guy too he didn't know! And so I left and I found another Tim's. Ah! They don't really speak English. And it wasn't the first time.Thank you.

For the past four days they have given me the wrong coffee, I get coffee two or three times a day which make they tally of wrong orders up to 8 coffees in the past week, it’s a simple order. 1 milk 2 sugars. They keep giving me 2 milk 1 sugar. It’s been four days can you get it right just once please.

Truthfully this place isn't anything special I walked in the other day and was trying to get an order for a soup and sandwich. I ordered a chicken noodle soup and they told me that the soup they have is old and probably not worth eating right now. That I expressly explain to them that I don't want anything on the sandwich except tomato lettuce and mayo and I repeated that at least two times. And behold the order they got was wrong. Generally this place is very clean and the people that serve you are very friendly the drive-thru is a breeze. It's a very cramped location and honestly weird because literally one block up and you have another Tim Horton's right on the corner.

Good service morning time. But completely the opposite in the night walk in to have an order but the employees are in the kitchen more than five minutes I have to wait sometimes more so finally I decided not to step in the place again.

Ordered a Bagel B.L.T on a plain bagel though had to tell them several times not a bagel B.E.L.T as I do not like egg. Brought it home, unwrapped it and no egg! Or tomato, lettuce or mayo. Basically a bagel with a slice of cheese and 3 strips of bacon. Went back and they replaced it but I shouldn't of had to.

When we got to the window the cashier was clearly have a conversation with another co worker (which I can understand) but she made a mistake with our order . I think we had a misunderstanding and they only charged us one cookie and when we asked for two more she came back with only one more . I can understand talking with your coworkers but please try to pay the right amount of attention to your customers.

Summary - giving 1 star because cannot give 0 or negative starsDetailed Review: I have been going there for past couple of weeks since moving to nearby area for my daily caffeine fix. The service has been consistently poor. They don't get the order right and act very rude. Today was my last visit to the store.. Until now, I was giving them benefit of doubt; I had it today. I corrected them for order. Having order Got Cappuccino they gave me a cold one. I literally wanted to say - Lady, please feel the room. But, the representative started hurling abusive language. I know you can never be Starbucks but you should aim to be a regular coffee vendor which you suck at, right now. They are literally worthless barista with zero sense of courtesy (not even service)
