Our experience with Chris and CV Design team was so pleasant that prior to even completing our first project, we hired Chris to design two more projects for us.We met Chris under unfortunate circumstances. We originally hired the same designer for our initial project that completed our current house design. After 8 months of minimal progress and an ugly concept, we decided to cut our losses and find a new designer. This is when we were introduced to CV Designs.Not only was Chris and his team extremely diligent and efficient, their due diligence uncovered that we were only required to have 10’ setbacks instead of the 15’ setbacks our original designer said we were required to have and was designing for.Very early on in our design process with Chris, he also uncovered that we were able to make a larger house than we originally planned.Shortly after receiving our permit, Chris discovered that the zoning by laws had changed and that we were again allowed to increase the size of our house. Knowing the previous delays we experienced, he swiftly made the revisions to our designs allowing us to reapply for a revision permit and get us one step closer to our dream home.I cannot compliment Chris and the entire CV Designs team enough. 10/10 times, my first call will always be to Chris and the CV Design team for all of our future projects.

Christophe and his team are our go to for all of our custom, spec and personal home designs. The level of detail, knowledge of the City requirements, and ability to utilize every square inch of the design without compromising aesthetics, mechanical or any energy codes makes it a no brainer to work with them time and time again. Communication is flawless and he isn't satisfied until we are completely happy with the outcome in and out. Highly recommend them!
