My oh My has this place changed much more vibrant and more updated love coming to this station makes me feel like a true tourist even though I live in the city keep up the great work!Wish every station had the amenities and services this station has! If ever in doubt of what bud/train to take you can easily ask an employee there’s tons of em!

Feels like I'm at airport. Love this place,My husband came first time to Toronto downtown today and we chose to take a GO train from Brampton, he was amazed by seeing this station. Very organized

Easy to find your train if you know where to go. The best way to go is the entrance off Bay St. Which runs a long the vehicle traffic tunnel. Right inside the doors are monitors showing all the trains and times, which will update which track number the train is on 10-15 minutes before the departure time. There are multiple doors in the long hallway, that are labelled with large numbers in pairs 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, and so on. Through the door and two flights of stairs to the train platform with the tracks on either side. With more monitors to confirm you are in the right spot.

A busy Railway station which is always full of life. The local Go trains usually depart from Bay Concourse. The employees if available always give good advice. Lot of display boards around to check train status.

New facilities to build up including the platform renovation. Insufficient escalators to go to platforms. Hope, after 3-4 years it will be a five star Railway Station.

Superb station, well connected to various popular corners on East, West, North and South. Of course not all routes or entire GTA can be covered but this station has top routes to get you nearest in shortest time and pick up the regional public bus.This station has eateries, Toilets, Benches, Sitting or rest area. WiFi, phone charging spots, digital display boards to tell you Train or Bus platform and timings very clearly. Help desk, Ticket purchase machines, shops, shopping center are all present within or right adjacent to this station.

Easy to navigate now that the construction is done. Plenty of little restaurants to grab something to eat or drink while waiting for the GO

What a beautiful new Bus Go Station. Mickey organized - much better than the old one.It is connected to the union station, but you do have to walk a mile and make sure you do not get lost. (as most of the things in Toronto, downtown)Could have more bathrooms for the size and amount of people - not very convenient. Put another Presto Payment machine at the beginning of the station (another side)Definitely, a nice upgrade compared to what it used to be like.

I'm impressed how Union Station has improved from what it used to be. I'm hoping that they continue improving by adding more signage. It is difficult to find some of the platforms that are not in the main area. Difficult to find the signs. It will be a good idea to add some sort of visual map guiding people to those platforms.

Nice ambiance, good food n place to chill. It's very convenient for the people who travel all around from the place and the free Wi-Fi for the public. Love this union station.
