Valley Village Housing Co-Op
A guiet reprieve in a noisy and bustling city. The grounds and homes appeared well kept with nice trees and a wondering trail throughout. Very quaint. My wife and I were there at a community yard sale and found the people who live there to be friendly and pleasant. A warm thanks to all the people we met.

The only good thing about this place is the price of rent the board is a joke and the committees barely meet and when they do they do nothing besides waste money and if someone doesn't like you they will constantly go after you with no evidence to back up their claims" if you can deal with that come on in"

This is a seniors low cost housing cooperative. Very well managed. They are in the process of updating all the suites.
