HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY..WATER KEEPS ON TURNING OFF every few days.. SO NO WATER YOU HAVE .. NO WATER TO WASH. NO WATER TO BATH. NO WATER TO DRINK. NO WATER FOR RESTROOMS. NONE ...Things break down. Lots of bugs, in the apartments.LOTS OF cockroaches .STAY AWAY!!!Poor maintanence.Horrible security.

Apartment are good and clean. I used to live in 210 steeles avenue west but they NEVER LEAVE ANY MONEY they could get from you. If you start living here, always take care of your payments. Overall, no other complaints than this :)

I would like to give an important advice to whoever is living at 220 or planning to live coz rent is little cheaper....Do Not buy expensive microwave, tv or furniture or any electronics coz you would have to dump all of it before you move to another place or if you buy a house.coz everything would be infested with roaches. They like to live on warm Electronic circuits. If you don't dump it you risk bringing roach issue to your new place as well. Don't forget kids toys as well ,as most have electronics. I've gone through all this and it's mental torture.so Please be careful.

A person takes all your problems, and they never listen to you properly, let alone helping you solve the problems. These apartments are old. The water tank goes on maintenance every other day. The ACs don't work during the heat wave (so basically when you need them the most). If you call in to report, they will say it will get fixed in a few hours"

I can say that the quality and conditions of this building has dramatically gone down. Don't waste your time. Their is a roach problem that has been on going for over a year and a half. I was told that it is a unit problem but when six different people from 4 different floors all have the same problem I doubt it. I've seen the pest control here almost every week for 2 months in the summer. I have had my place treated with spray over 6 times. This requires you to empty all your cupboards in your kitchen and your washroom. This makes your living conditions extremely difficult as you cannot cook properly or even enjoy our own living room as all of you kitchen is in their. The sprays are not toxic to humans but they are irritants. Your children may experience respiratory problems and their eyes my burn. Management doesn't do their job as you can expect to get a notice to clean out everything within 3 days before they come and if you aren't ready be prepared to be charged. To get alternative treatment feels like you are pulling teeth as you need to go to the property manager for this and not the pest control company. The amenities are not maintained well either. The gym equipment is dated and the billiards room is stuffy because the windows are blocked from opening. The swimming pool is not clean. Kaneff really dropped the ball and they need to take more responsibility for these buildings. These photos were taken in my hallway and at the elevators.

It is fine place to live in. Do not turn on air conditioning. Apartments are really hot. Complained management,they said they have updated head office but no response yet.

Worst apartment , never prefer live here. Worst management, shut off water supply twice in a month without any reason, no security at night, if you book party hall ,they are having the rights to cancle at last moment.so pls i recommend every one, prefer to live in basement instead of 210 and 220 kaneff properties.

the apartment is infested with ROACHES and the managers do nothing about it. they repeatedly use a treatment that does not work then send inviction notices when you refuse the inefficient treatment. do not move here.. unless you like roaches.

Best apartments to live in, well maintained and well managed and all amenities are clean and tidy, specially Nancy and her team respond always on problem very quickly. Regarding cockroaches , I heard and read the same even management notify me about this issue, But honestly after pest control exercise, I keep my kitchen area always clean and dry and I never see it agaim
