Stayed here for 3 nights, I gave it a solid 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Excellent location, close to both Canada line, shopping center and restaurants.Very friendly and professional staff, high quality restaurant (75 West Coast Grill), and clean/spacious room.

Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel
All the hotels in Van area are very expensive compared to other cities.. so that's that.. but this hotel is great. Lots of parking, close to restaurants and a mall, and very clean with great staff. The hotel is definitely busy, but I was lucky to get a suite which was very comfortable and spacious with fantastic views. Best of all its quiet and beds are very comfortable.

Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel
I stayed in this hotel for 12 days while on a business trip to Richmond. This place is located close to Vancouver Airport (around 20 min by car / cab). The front desk people were helpful, breakfast was great and the rooms were super comfortable. Network quality was good enough to conduct online calls. Both open and covered parking were available. Many restaurants are close by. Overall it was a nice experience.

Solid stay over the holidays. Was upgraded to a corner executive suite. Nice, clean, updated room with plenty of space to work and great views of downtown Richmond and the mountains. Excellent and responsive service from the staff through the app. Shuttle to and from the airport is super convenient. It runs on the top and bottom of every hour.Only downsides to the stay were that the M club still has not reopened and the restaurant was temporarily closed so breakfast was relocated to one of the conference rooms. Internet to the entire hotel was out for about 9 hours but restored by 730AM - I had walk across the parking lot to the Sheraton to use their sister property’s service for an early east coast meeting.Would still definitely recommend and return again.

BEWARE: The staff here has been on strike for over 3 weeks!!! The hotel is running on a skeleton crew and has cancelled almost all of their regular services (airport shuttles, regular cleanings, general help carrying bags, etc.) It’s been a pretty horrible guest experience.Management was extremely shady, not informing us of the strike until 12 hours before checkin (even though we booked months ago) and they’ve refused to acknowledge our concerns or apologize or give us any kind of refund or compensation for the troubles. They wouldn’t even let me speak to anyone on their management team, even though I’m a frequent traveler who’s stayed at Marriott over a dozen times in the past couple years. They basically blew me off and said they’ve gotten a ton of complaints and they don’t care anymore.When I came in, my room was noticeable dirty and had smudges, hairs and stains that I’ve never seen before outside of a cheap motel. This is unacceptable for a hotel of this price. Marriott leadership if you’re reading this: Get your act together and pay your workers!!! This is such a terrible blemish on your brand and a disgrace that you’re treating your workers and guests this way.

It turned out to be a great choice for an overnight layover due to the close proximity of the airport. Based on the size of the suite it would also be a good choice for a longer stay. Easy access to Vancouver downtown by train and ample parking make it really attractive.

Awesome experience staying at this property - this is the first time travelling with infant, got upgraded to a suite with divider, hotel staff are so welcoming, made to order breakfast (can even order some baby friendly food such as no salt scrambled eggs, omelette etc). It made our first trip with infant a great experience

Nice enough room.No snack machine thoughthis is one of the first hotels i’ve been to that doesn’t have somewhere you can get snacks.They have a reaturant but if you want a quick snack they have nothing for you.

Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel
Just stayed at the Airport Marriott Richmond, and my wife and I really liked it! A clean, modern room with very nice decor and convenient interior facilities. We ate supper in the dining room, and enjoyed our meal with a nice Okanogan red wine. The airport shuttle arrived on-time and the driver was very helpful with our luggage and directions.

Had to stay here after canceled flights home. Most comfortable hotel of my trip. Friendly staff. The bartender in the restaurant was particularly great. Room was very clean, nicely designed, comfortable sheets, Nespresso to get me going for my early flight out in the morning. Highly recommended. The only area of improvement I see is that the room was pretty dark, and I needed to turn on all the lights in the room to get in my bag and repack.
