Blue Eggs & Blooms | Welcome to Blue Eggs and Blooms, a small-scale cut flower business located on my family-operated grain farm in southern Alberta. All of my beautiful, prairie-grown flowers are seeded, weeded, and gathered by hand for use in bouquets, “JOY jars”, special events and weddings, or dried for everlasting use.

We used Blue Eggs and Blooms for our outdoor wedding. Sheila did a wonderful job with creating mine and my daughters bouquet . She made boutonnières for my husband and for my son. As well created beautiful mason jars of flowers for our table settings. Her attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Just like the beautiful flowers that Sheila grows , Sheila is so thoughtful and kind . We received many compliments throughout the day . I would highly recommend using Blue Eggs and Blooms.

For our intimate destination wedding, I wanted to support a local business that had similar values to my own. I am from the US so I had to ask around, but I was lucky to come in contact with Sheila. When we connected it was clear that holding flowers from her garden would give me the special connection to Alberta that I was looking for! She was so kind and met up in Calgary to exchange the bouquets before the wedding day and it was a true delight to meet her and learn about her family and farm. I highly recommend Blue Eggs & Blooms if you are looking to support local industry and create a special touch to a bouquet or special arrangement in this area!

So wonderful!! I LOVED having her do the flowers for my wedding, I had a vision and she ran with it, and the outcome was BEAUTIFUL! I planned my wedding in a short amount of time and she did it all within three days of my wedding date! I would highly recommend her for all things floral!!

Blue Eggs and Blooms
My family used Blue Eggs and Blooms for my grandmother's 85th birthday reunion party. The tables were adorned with beautiful, home-grown flowers and we received many compliments. You could tell that so much care was put into the colourful creations. Sheila delivered the arrangements on time and helped us display them. We will be using Blue Eggs and Blooms for all of our events!

Sheila did the flowers for our engagement party and they were absolutely stunning!! She truly created a magical atmosphere for our event with her creative eye and passion for flowers! Sheila payed attention to every detail and even created a stunning sunflower arch entry for our guests that was a beautiful spot to take photos! Not only is Sheila extraordinarily talented, she is also the sweetest person you will ever meet. Working with her on our event was a dream and we are so thankful that we chose Blue Eggs and Blooms! Everything was truly perfect!!

Blue Eggs and Blooms
I first purchased a lotion from Blue Eggs and Blooms when I saw that Calendula from a their garden was made into a locally sourced and created product. I loved it and since then have purchased it several more times along with some dried floral bunches. I could not be more impressed. The flowers are gorgeous and they are an absolute delight. Each time I reach out they are lovely, and have delivered each of my orders right to my door.

Our business, Back To Good in Strathmore, purchased flowers from Blue Eggs and Blooms last summer. The bouquets were always so beautiful, professionally arranged and perfect to brighten up our store. Customers would often comment on them and they always put a smile on everyones faces.

We had Blue Eggs and Blooms do our flowers for our wedding and can't recommend them highly enough!! Sheila's attention to detail and passion for her flowers were apparent from the start which made it a great fit! The final product was stunning - from the boutonnieres to the bouquets and table flowers, everything looked fabulous and we got so many compliments on them. She truly helped make our day so much more magical!
