Moving homes is very stressful, but these guys made the process easy. They were very responsive and clear communicators, they stuck to their estimate and promises, and moved our things quickly and efficiently. Their team was really professional and personable, setting everyone at ease on moving day. Highly recommended!

While I was super happy with the service and price the first time I called this company, I cant say the same for this time. The total cost literally tripled. The boys were nice and so was the owner as he was able to book me at the last moment but the deposit was super high.Would use this service again but definitely not during peak times.

After trying to deal with out of province companies and getting the runaround (as well as drastically high final quotes following lowball initial quotes) I decided to go with a local company and Smart Movers did not disappoint. They were able to schedule my move within the same week I called them and provided a detailed and accurate inventory list which led to a final quote which was very close to the initial quote I received from them. On moving day, they provided exactly the service I was expecting and hoping for, loading and delivering our things without any damage sustained, and navigating a narrow fire escape at that! I am very pleased with the service I received, and paid a thousand dollars less than I would have with an out of province company, and with none of the hassle. They were very communicative and helpful during the entire process, and I heartily recommend Smart Movers if you are moving within New Brunswick. I intend to call them again for any future moves.

Worst moving company. The owner Jeff likes to make up extra fees and charges in his head and complains about it. When we inquire about the fees he wants to argue.I would not recommend.

Great experience with Smart Movers Fredericton! They were quick to provide me a quote for various options to suit my move. I had a lot of different questions about the options, but they were extremely responsive and helpful. I ended up having them come to load a U-haul - and the team was great. The guys were extremely professional, organized, and efficient. No damage to any of my items, and the truck was packed perfectly. Thanks again!

I called Smart Movers last minute on a Saturday morning and not only did they answer right away, but they were happy to help. They were accommodating, friendly, and very professional. They kept me in the loop, explained the process and had me moved within a couple of hours. The Movers were quick, efficient and lovely to deal with. I highly recommend!

We did a move within Fredericton from a townhouse to a house, the guys from Smartmovers called and showed up a bit early, and got right tot work. The service was quick and professional. When it came time for her to move from one apartment to another, Smart Movers was naturally our first call.Communication was frequent while we made plans with Jeff to determine a moving date, and on moving day so that we knew when to expect their arrival. The two gentlemen were professional and careful with all furniture and boxes. They also made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before they left.We will definitely call them again for our next move.

Worst moving company in Fredericton. Do not use if you want to save time and money. Does not inform you of fees until after even when you question things.Workers have an attitude, the owner Jeff is a crook and has a fragile ego . He was shouting on the phone at me because I began to inquire about an extra $75 fee, I asked if I could speak and he said no and continue to shout so I hung up the phone. He called back saying me hanging up is rude and he’s basically going to hold my furniture hostage until the next business day even though he knew I was at the facility outside waiting to pick up my items.Save your time and your money and call someone else0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy even on my death bed

After we posted the news about getting our biggggger laser at Rock Paper Scissors Craft Studios, we opened it up and ... wrong machine!!It has taken 3.5 weeks and with no thanks to the big trucking companies, we were so relieved to be rescued by Smart Moving and Storage!!!Never underestimate the 'little guys' and their amazing work ethic - these guys were up for the challenge and it was only ***AN HOUR*** between our initial call and waving goodbye to this crate!! All of the logistics and fancy equipment don't compare to someone genuinely wanting to serve a customer in need <3
