We had a leak above our kitchen counters with older cupboards involved that they initially said they may have to break out of where they were as they were built in. They took extra care and time to remove them and were able to reinstall them perfectly. Fast and efficient communication, while I would not want to have to deal with them again because it was an unplanned issue, I would recommend them to anyone having similar work done

An employee of this company got tired of waiting at the roundabout on Franklin Blvd and forced his way through cutting off about 10 cars dangerously like a selfish jackass. Fully decalled company vehicle too.. If this is how this company does business then stay away.

Caution - do not use - they are unprofessional, purposely withheld billing from us, then called us and yelled at us for not paying the bill and threatened us with a dixon collection agency" invoice. We are mortgage free and have access to funding

I had a flood in the basement and they came to my home for emergency services based on a call from my insurance company.They technically left everything as it is including all the floor and underlaminate uncovered for 3 days while putting many fans and dehumidifier to dry nothing and when I went to check my basement 3 days after I removed the underlaminate and all was soaked in water.They charged the insurance for a big sum of money for doing harm not good.These images 3 days after they fixed their fans and dehumidifier and when I removed the tiles by myself it was all wetIf there is zero star rating , I won't hesitate to give it to them.DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.SAVE YOUR PROPERTY as STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had these fellas help my family out with a flood, they were so fast to come, in fact they were there before the water even stopped happening and had taken immediate action to start the clean up. The work they did I was very happy with, and for the work that had to be outsourced they provided a top notch quality company for the job. I would recommend them to anyone, keep up the great work guys!

Burkes attended our site out at a trailer park in the wind and rain and quickly removed our tattered and ripped awning from the trailer and caulked any possible leaks in the pounding rain and took all of the debris away. COVID slowed them down but when they arrived, in unbearable heat, with our new awning/eves they took their time and installed it to perfection. Professionalism in spades. I can't say enough about them from start to finish.

Horrible service. Leave their machines and don't check back when they say they will. Don't check properly for mold, and leave machines running spreading the mold particulates Say there's no mold when there is. Take waaay to long to provide estimate. Would not use them ever again. The crew is friendly but the supervisor is terrible. Zero people skills.
