When there to buy my first airsoft gun, staff is nice (a bit distracted though), they let you hold the gun before you buy them but no testing whatsoever. After the purchase, the gun functions perfectly and I’m very proud of it, but there was no manual or instructions in the gun’s box and I had to go on internet to figure out the technical details. Would recommend but speak clearly and mention every bit of detail ;)

Fair prices and some of the staff is awesome, they are honest and offer different options at different price points to match with your budget. Simon gladly helped me find some pants in the women category because it was kinda a mess then showed me around the store. -1 star because the manager (i think) was really rude towards the other employees and kept swearing. otherwise i will definitly come back for more stuff!

Hello, everyone! couple of days ago i went to this store, and it was my first visit. i asked HANS about the specific product that i was looking for and they had it in stock, i was so happy. After looking around in the store i noticed these guy’s have almost everything in stock like every kind of pistol you want and other stuff. HANS is full of knowledge about airsoft and was very helpful and calm all the time and i would say he gave me the best options to choose from and i ended up buying this Beast, this is a Beretta M92 A1 BB pistol and after using it in a target range i believe this is the best gun someone can ever buy as their first gun.All in all it was a great experience and i think again i will be visiting this place soon .

Super convenient location. Been there a few times, it's pretty edgy but the staff is super nice! Prices are decent for most of the stock, but helpful employees are great at guiding you to make an educated purchase. Go for it!

Was looking at the bb guns, staff didn’t help, was talking with a friend instead. While the first one went to smoke the second employee was just plain rude to me and impatient with us.

Really nice I’ve been there several times bought several air-soft guns. Their service is absolutely exceptional, I always love to ask questions when I buy something and they responded all of them like a pro. And I also like to hold and feel the stuff I buy and every-time I wanted to see a gun they bring it to me. I also asked one of their employees what his favorite pistol was and he helped me pick one really nice guy !

I was looking for a certain Airsoft gun and they provided me with the best service and another really good thing about the staff is that they will do everything possible to satisfy your needs plus they are very patient whenever I need anything airsoft related I will make sure to come back.

After seeing some reviews, I decided to go to this place instead of buying my first airsoft online.The staff was pretty amazing and were very patient to explain me and give recommendations for a newbie like me. Got there with the stuff I was looking for and satisfied. Definitely recommended.
