A Spot For Spot Dog Grooming and Daycare

I really like this place. Our two big monsters have been going for years. When the dogs figure out where we’re going they get excited... no shenanigans. You know what some dogs can be like when it’s bath time! They always do a lovely job.Thanks for your great service.

I brought my pup to this place. Instead of calling me, they shaved him to skin, claiming he was matted. He definitely had some tangles but he was far from matted or in need of a shave. I called to rebook with a much shorter time between grooms and again they said he needs a shave. Honestly I think they’re just too lazy to brush out our dog. I booked another appointment and less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment they left me a voicemail indicating they won’t groom him. I’m so incredibly disappointed in this business. Why didn’t they say they can’t or won’t groom him when I booked the appointment weeks ago? It is hard to find a groomer. It takes weeks or months to get in. He really will be matted when we find him an appointment. Give this place a wide pass.

The care staff are great.However, the business owner treated myself and my wife terribly after an incident when our dog peed on an outdoor planter box near the front door of the business... He was rude and unprofessional; He would not answer our phone calls, or return messages to explain ourselves. Instead he went straight to banning us from using his business...All after a dog took a pee on an outdoor planter box.

We bring our (very) dramatic Shiba inu here to get his nails trimmed and they are amazing with him. They are so quick and patient and we’ve never had any issues with them cutting his nail quick (which we had issues with at other groomers). This is the only place we take him to and love the team that works here!

BEST DOGGY DAY CARE! I drop my dog off once a week at their daycare and the staff take such great care of her. You can tell the staff love their job and really invest their time into getting to know each and every one of their doggy clients. I would recommend this spot over and over again to anyone looking!

We bring our eskimo puppy here. Friendly staff, they get your dog in and out quickly for drop off and pick up. The acceptance process for puppies took some time but it makes sense, they introduce your puppy slowly (restricted hours and slowly increase hours as they adapt to the daycare environment) and by doing this your puppy will less likely become resistant to daycare. After the first 5 days our puppy decided he loves daycare. Thanks to all the staff who helped with this process. He really looks forward to coming here.

Cassie and staff are lovely. The owner Rob did not give me (8 months pregnant) the time of day to level out an incident where my dog peed on an outdoor planter at a neighbouring establishment, before banning us from his daycare.
