I just had a salad with I paid $12.34 for with just about no salad in there. I measure my food on a regular basis, and this wasn't even a cup full of chopped greens, and the greens which were in there had some rotten leafs in them.Hope the quality isn't going down the drain, as the concept is great

Great place for a quick healthy bite. I particylarly like their whole Bowl number 2 because of the spinach, chick peas, and an awesome special sauce and sometimes I'll get their bankok wrap. They also offer kombucha. The only downside to this location is the hours... It's closes at like 4pm on weekdays and it's closed on Sundays ...

The food was a salad. It was decent. What made this a good trip was the woman going around checking on everyone, making sure people are looked after. Nice touch not usually found in quick food joints!

I absolutely love the staff at this location! Please never get rid of the Idol Cup -- it's my go-to. :-)

Staff was friendly..but quantity of salad so less given paid extra for every topping I chose, had to dig in deep to find the toppings. I recommend going to grasslands location friendly service and good quantity of food and they also give small baked pita and it’s was satisfying

Very healthy options and great tasting food. They've got many different wraps, salads, rice bowls and protein options you can pick from and it's all generally very well done. I'd give this a 5 but I feel like sometimes many items end up tasting the same. But it's still a favorite

Well some salads are really good, however you need deep pockets to eat here. Some staff member's are a Piece of Art, including the Manager. I will go there to eat a salad, but if you are hoping for a friendly service - Don't go"."

This is one of my favourite fast food restaurants in downtown Regina. Great tasting, healthy menu and super friendly staff. The southwest wrap is my favourite. Eat good, feel good!

Excellent lunch option for gluten free diets. I get the southwest salad which is romaine, grape tomatoes, black bean corn salsa, red & yellow peppers, cheddar, but with no pita chips. A must try!!
