Ontario Health Clinics - Brantford FHO

Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They're absolutely no help when you need to get in urgently, since I switched here it is always at least a three week wait.

Hours posted are inaccurate. Can't reach them by phone. They won't change my prescription size. Drove in from Burford because they can't answer the phone and they have NO DOCTORS working. NONE! Not even the assistance medical practitioners!between being unresponsive or unreliable they won't take care of you.1

My experience with the medical staff here over the past 15 or so years has been very positive. I am more than satisfied with the care and attention that I am receiving from doctors and their staff. Yes, you have to get used to their appointment booking method, their hours of operation, the walk in clinic protocols etc. etc. This is a different model of health care based on a team of doctors" than what people have been used to. Like anything else there is a learning curve to become comfortable with its use. That means "you" being the one that has to adapt to a new normal. I know what it's like having to wait

I had an appointment I have waited months for. I had to wait for 3 secretary's to deal with one other patient as they talked and didn't bother to acknowledge me.then they said I am too late for my appointment. This is extremely frustrating and just ignorant.

Recently, I made an appointment for a sore shoulder as I thought I had aggravated an old injury I got from a car accident in my past. Intake was fine; but I did not get to see my doctor. I got to see a nurse practitioner. I had no problem with that accept that I was made to feel less of a human being because I didn't have any type of medical insurance or drug benefits. I was told OHIP sponsored therapy sucks. The entire visit and follow up phone call seemed nothing more than trying to push either someone's medical coverage or a pay as you go thing. Would not waste your time or recommend going here!

Never had an issue that couldn't be fixed right away - really enjoy the treatment I get there, never haver to wait too long to get in - and with the phone call backs now its ever so easy to seek care. The receptionists are always nice, the staff treats me really nicely and I have no problem having my 'base' at this clinic. Dr Gallagher has looked after me the past few times I've had issues and he has addressed them for me and explained why he was doing for my care. I appreciated that. He's a no-nonsense Doctor that I trust with my life. The other doctors are great too - but Dr. Gallagher has been my go-to" Doctor as of recent."

I got out of Emergency and tried to contact Dr. Dhillon, my doctor for several years. I was told he no longer sees patients but only attends clinics. He ghosted me with no notice.

The absolute worst doctors and worse experience I have ever had in my life. I have a hole in my heart and im currently pregnant having complications and physically can not work and they will not help me in any way ! Absolutely disgusting I do not recommend Dr grahib for anything pregnancy related!
