I was recommended by a friend to visit this place. as usual i read the reviews before going to this place. I must say they are very busy. Its a mechanic / auto part shop not a fast food restaurant. so i didn’t mind waiting a bit longer .But over all it was worth the wait. Price was good very friendly and honest people.Yes theres not that much room for a lot of customers to wait but its still understandable because there are a lot of car parts there from light bulbs , head lights to doors and engines and so many more.Very helpful and they actually offered a place for another car related needs i had for very good price, he called that place him self to make sure they take care of me.Over all i saved A LOT of money compare to 3-4 other places i called and visited for same mechanic jobs+ partsI highly recommend this place

wrong address on google. Showed up to the Mississuaga address just to call them and ask where the job was, and apparently it’s in Brampton on Melanie dr , which is where I live …. I then drive all the way there and was there at 5:15pm ( google says there business hours are till 6pm) just to be told over the phone again, “ no bro we close at 5, go this place” . I then called another “parts store” that was recommended by this one, and now they’ll have to order the part as it’s not in stock, even though Diamond Japanese Auto parts said “ they have in stock we get from them” . So I still have no part and am quite frustrated the fact that I wasted over an hour of my time on this matter . Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and very difficult to communicate. It’s very irritating when a place of business is not capable of speaking English. I don’t feel like that’s an accommodation that should only be available for some. English is Canada’s first language and there was definitely a language barrier

These guys have an out dated inventory list and are very unprofessional, their store is a mess, customers have nowhere to stand, there is a couch to sit on but 80% of it is covered with random car parts. They'll tell you they have a part but when you arrive they'll make up something like the driver took it for scrap sorry I didn't know you were coming " after having me drive for an hour with the guarantee my part is ready for pick up. They will have you come to their shop only to raise the prices because it's a " due to unforseen reasons

Very poor customer service and it doesn't help that they barely understand english... Thanks for hanging up on me on the phone today when i was only inquiring about a price! So...unprofessional. Stay FAR away from this place. I wouldn't spend a penny here. They don't care about there customers at all

Don’t ever go to this place, your better off going anywhere else but here, every time I ordered parts, they never showed up and I had to keep calling the guy to remind him about my parts, they don’t care about their costumers at all

Terrible customer service, extremely rude hanging up on there customers. I don’t suggest getting anything they take advantage of there customers and try to sell useless items just cause they want to make more i call to car- part for compiling why give them car-part answer phone like animal

DO NOT GO HERE, these guys are cut throat. They do not care about their customers. Once they have your money you are dead to them. They are the definition of fraudulent, and prey on people who do not “car savy”. If you do know about cars and try to call them out on their BS they become angry and try to convince you that you’re wrong and they are right. I rather walk everywhere for the rest of my life than get car help from these guys. There are soooo many better places to go for your car needs.

Told me they have a part on thursday before the long weekend and it would be delivered on Tuesday. When tuesday came around to deliver, he said driver us on his way all day long, then he stopped answering his phone. Cost me another day of waiting and days of finding the part I need. When I called them around 6 to find out what's going on, his kid answered the phone saying dad's in the shower lololol. This business is a joke don't waste ur time with this company
