Mr. Cake's Daycare (Sherwood Park) Ltd.

Enjoyed touring the day care centre. I also enjoyed doing music with the children. They were very cooperative. I also saw how well staff interacted with the children,very professional. There was a very positive atmosphere in the day care centre.

Natalie is the owner of Mr Cakes Daycare and does an amazing job at providing the best educational and best child care services in Sherwood Park! her team is amazing and the kids have so much fun there. Thank you for all of your hard work Natalie and Tamara =)

Went here as a kid and now bringing my own child. They have the best home cooked meals, amazing crafts, themed parties and educational activities that I think would exceed any of these Montessori" or "learning centre" programs you see advertised today. Best outdoor space/playground of all the childcare facilities in Sherwood Park. Staff are mostly long term employees

My Son just finished 5 years there and we couldn’t be happier with the care he received. He learned more than we could’ve imagined too. We’re very happy we chose Mr. Cakes 5 years ago!

When asked for important documents that are not a FOIP issue the director will make excuses. I find the staff takes sides in a shared parenting situation if one parent is more social with the director she will be cold and biased to anything negative said by the more social parent and will take sides in matters that are to be non of her business. This place is supposed to be for the children and not to get involved with either parents personal matters to make it an uncomfortable environment for anyone. The care factor for the kids is good however the judgment towards certain parents is extremely unprofessional and can be of biased nature. Something no one should have to deal with at any time.

Mr. Cakes Daycare has exceeded all my expectations. I couldn't be happier that my son is part of their daycare family. I am grateful for Tamara and Alysha's responsive, kind, and professional manner that I have experienced since Day 1! My son has had so many awesome experiences in just a few weeks, from picnic lunches and field trips to yoga and music classes which are all exciting for a social 4-year-old! I also want to comment on the highly trained and professional staff (Roselyn, Maribeth, and the others) who learn your name instantly and take the time to get to know you and your child. This daycare has proven to be a flexible, accommodating, and caring environment for my son, and I cannot say enough about the home-cooked healthy meals and kindness of the chef! When a daycare has been around for as long as Mr. Cakes, you can feel the difference their experience has to offer!I also love that their outdoor space is behind the church in a residential area, not in a parking lot, strip mall, or busy street, like most other daycare locations in Sherwood Park.

Love the yard! Huge yard with a ton of playground equipment, soft sand and green grass. Amazing staff and home cooked meals. I was nervous to leave my kids but they love going to Mr. Cake's Daycare and I feel so fortunate to be part of this daycare family :)

My family's experience at Mr. Cakes Daycare has been exceptional! The amazing staff, the large outside play area, creative crafts and activities, and the home cooked meals are a few of the things we love about Mr. Cakes. Our daughter felt comfortable at Mr. Cakes from day 1 and loves the time she spends there. The staff are all caring, genuinely enjoy their jobs and support each child individually. The director is professional, caring and very skilled in her role. Any questions or concerns are addressed promptly and in a professional manner. We always feel confident our daughter is well cared for at Mr. Cakes!

Great friendly and caring staff. They always have so many great engaging activities planned for the kids it’s fantastic!

My 15 month old has been attending Mr. Cakes since February and absolutely loves it. The caregivers/employees are genuinely kind and make me feel extremely comfortable when dropping off my son each day. He is thriving and I cannot take all the credit for that :) Highly recommend Mr. Cakes!
