The process was easy and fairly quick. However, the key I received did not work. I have requested a refund, so hopefully that comes soon!

It was fast and accurate but wasn't showing an option for a simple key as it was full of simple keys inside wasn't offering an option. I tried various times, but I still didn't get any option for a simple one; I needed to get the premium key. It could be their cheap marketing strategy not to show simple keys option so that people will buy premium ones.

Following a recommendation from a family member, I recently cut a key using a Minute Key machine. WOW sums it up! I was impressed with how quickly it scanned my key and created me a copy. Gone are the days of trying to find someone at a hardware store to cut keys. I liked the key design options as well and the price was right. Most important of all, the new key works well, very smooth in our lock. Thanks Minute Key, I'll be a return customer for sure.
