The Little Badger House - Certified Master Baker
Outstanding quality. We cant wait to try more of their products. The breads were text book and the savoury pies were by far the best we have ever had. I guess that’s what you get when you combine a master chef with master pastry chef / master baker. Wow. You definitely should try this place!

Was passing through town, Mr.Heinz welcomed us and gave us a tour of hisbakery. He is the 4th generation in his family to be baking bread and you can definitely tell in the quality of his products. One of my best takeaways of visiting the city and can't wait to return to try all of his other bread.

What a fabulous little hidden gem! The flavor and texture of the bread was outstanding. We tried the cranberry Brie and the pomme et fromage (Apple, Rosemary, Asiago) and both were incredibly tasty. We also tried the wild blueberry pound cake and again, it was fabulous…beautiful flavor and texture. Heinz is an incredible talent and a really nice person too! He answered all of my questions and indulged my interest in his beautiful bakery. We are so lucky to have him here in Huntsville.

From the meat Pie all the way to the delicious Bread, this bakery is hands down my favorite! Will be making a trip back to Huntsville solely for this little gem! Still Amazed of how good it was.Thanks again!

one of the most unique bakeries with finest artisan breads, Korean-inspired treats, savory meat pies, and more. The bakery is full of surprises and they are never disappointing. A definite must-try when you are in Huntsville!
