Honestly, I couldn't be happier after dealing with vision express clinic. The manager, doctor and staff is friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend anyone look for eye checkup or glasses in the Surrey area to use this location.

0 start Worst experience with billing as they didn't check your extended health coverage before the test and later force to pay.Reply to your replyI already asked you before booking appointment to check is it covered or not and that time you advise me that you will take care of it and I should go for the test and later you demand fee saying it is not covered which is very unfair for me.For Dr. Amandeep Soor I would have gave 5 out of 5 star. She is doing very excellent work.

The nose pads on my glasses were loose so I went it to get it fixed, instead they ended up cracking the glasses, broke the frame and then lied to that they could solder it. Especially this Ajay guy who point blank lied to my face. They neither provided a solution to the chipped glass or broken frame and I ended up losing my only piece of eye glass to Ajay’s incompetency.While others might have had a great experience with them, mine was extremely disappointing.

Excellent first ever sunglasses shopping experience in Canada at Vision Express. Angie was very nice helped us finding the best sunglasses. Bought 3 sunglasses for myself, wife and my kid. Loved the wide range of products with the best brands available. Highly recommend people to at least have a visit to the store and explore branding options.

I never post reviews for anyone but this place really deserves appreciation. I was in urgent need of progressive lenses and they made my glasses in no time. Their service was really express as their name Vision Express. Would like to thank Deepak for helping me adapt to the progressive lenses. And most importantly thanks to Angie and Lilly for providing me the best frame. will definitely recommend to friends and family.
