This centre exceeded my expectations. I’m so grateful it was offered to me. Incredible staff that helped in my recovery, Kelsey, Brittany, Megan and Tyrone. Very knowledgeable, compassionate, providing a program that catered to my individual needs and concerns.The receptionists were all friendly and accommodating with my schedule. Facility very clean, and a beautiful view of the lake while using the treadmill!!!

At first they were very helpful. But after my last visit were I was talked down to told the pain in my foot from a recent surgery would not be heard by the Dr who then went on a non smoking rant even as I repeatedly said to stop . They then discharged me with absolute lies saying I was being disrespectful and saying derogatory comments. Taking away any further benefits with them . I'm going to the college of physicians on my family drs advice and putting a formal complaint.

The therapists are excellent.Some of the desk staff are abrasive and shame you over the phone when you cancel an appointment. Mask shame you and berate you when you try to sign in about screening - inappropriately - like to a child even if you have followed all the protocols and mandates. I’ve never had this happen before or since during the pandemic. Worked through SARS and trained in infection control. Terrible toxic person there. I can’t be the only person who has experienced this. Injured workers should not be targets of this abuse. Also, I can be reached for more information.

Theses guys are wonderful ,they care about your recovery ❤️ ask for Chris or max .I was better my 3rd week in mentally and physically, however i missed appointments due to wsib not communicating with me ,so i went back to work and I was in pain so sore my body needed and missed physio .I'm doing good and better because of Chris and max.

Never trust Altum health with a WSIB claim they will falsely report on your capabilities.To worsen matters they will have you do tests that make your condition worse. Never Ever Trust Altum Healt Additionally when you catch them in their dishonest practices the WSIB will just throw out the dishonest report. Total Jokes

Excellent facility! I started the program suffering from a brain injury, neck and back pain. My Neuro team, Tyrone, Kelsey, Monique and Megan were amazing and worked w me through this difficult recovery. Their wealth of knowledge along w true professionalism, caring and patience helped me know I was in great hands. I looked forward to attending Altum Health each and every week for the past several months. Thank you and I highly recommend this facility for your road to recovery.
