Bought a set of HBC stripe sheets online, HBC sent me a set of grey ones. Initiated the online returns without a issue. The issue was when they were returned to the store with the QR code for a refund too my credit card, the store refused the refund that was already aproved and instead gave a gift card with a 6 month expiry date. This store is stuck innthe 80's when not comes to online purchases.

I was Christmas shopping here and found it very nice. There was alot of decent deals and prices were fair for the quality of clothes being sold. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Not my normal shopping place to go to. But feel that I might indulge in a visit now and then to scoop out deals.

Walked through it to get into another part of the mall. Was nice to get a sample sprayed onto a card of my favorite men's cologne. Staff very friendly. I can never be able buy anything there but do like browsing

Lots of great stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful and this one lady in the furniture department was super friendly and helped me find the sale price of a coat.

Be careful buying jewelry here. The staff didn't show much care during my watch purchase. I usually go to actual jewelry stores and will continue to.
