Sally Beauty

Today I had the day many people have unfortunately experienced. I went to the salon and walked out with tears in my eyes. After driving to my mothers house and having a panic attack we went to Sally’s.Our cashier, whose name I did not catch because I was trying my hardest to not have a melt down, had very beautiful green hair and was the most helpful! They explained to me the choices I had in order to return my hair to a colour that I would be okay being seen in public. They sold us 3 different solutions which came with house made custom instructions which explains the whole process to us. Thankfully the first option of colour remover worked.I was truly a few looks in the mirror away from shaving my head and now with the help of our wonderful cashier and Sally’s I am willing to be seen in public. I cannot express how thankful I am for the calm and informative service!This is the second time I have been to Sally’s. The first time was because my boyfriend tried to bleach his dirty blonde hair with blonde box dye. And the cashier at Sally’s helped me turn it into a lovely white/icy blonde just like he originally wanted. That first interaction was what came to mind today when I was is the middle of my post salon panic attack and made me think of going to Sally’s for help. I am so thankful I went to Sally’s today!!

Richmond location usually have great deals of products and service. However, my recent visit wasn't impressive. I got a new product (Hicolor) to dye my hair, I proceeded to follow the instructions as staff said but it didn't work out. It was a waste of money and my time as I traveled far for this store. Disappointed!

This location is one my favs also the closest but Eva is hands down the best!! Always picks the best options & my hair turns out looking so great!! Thank you so much for your help!!

I do nails for hobby, so I came here for the first time, for some supplies. Surprised there was quite a bit of stuff and for reasonable prices.Excellent customer service from the two ladies working there last night (Nov 11).They were both VERY friendly and helpful and I really appreciate that they didn’t even rush me out of the shop, even though I arrived was 30 minutes to closing.Thanks to the two ladies for making my shopping experience great. I’ll definitely be back!

Been to this location several times and have always had a good experience, especially today. Jessica and Lei were the girls working at the time and they both were so friendly and helpful with my hair concerns. Jessica helped me pick out a couple dry hair treatments while Lei was super helpful and knowledgeable about clarifying treatments. Thanks girls! Left happy and can’t wait to try what I got. I’ll definitely be back :)

Great services great prices and better stuff than any other place and quality is superior located near Walmart richmond bcA lot of parking and many shops in surrounding area.

Going there was really hard as I always order online. This time no matter how much I added to my shopping bag it was still asking for shipping fee (ps: my fault make sure you check you are in sally beauty.ca not .com :D).Both of their associate were really helpful and kind and helped me a lot even though I knew what I was looking for they gave some great tips.
