I brought my cat here because of all the great reviews but my experience wasn't that great. The vet could not even do a physical exam to my cat because she was too anxious but they still charged me for it. The clinic manager called to me explain that I had to pay the exam because I was in the room with the vet and I had to pay for his time. Call around for pricing before you go here, they are more expensive than other vets in the area.

Called the vets office and told them my 15 year old shepherd was having some very serious issues that just started. They got us in within the hour but sadly he couldn't be saved. He was treated with respect until his last breath. I would recommend taking your fur buddy to them with no hesitation.

Went to VCA Newton for the first time last week. Was seen by Dr. Prostran. I thought he was excellent. The sneezing I was worried about in a new rescue pup did disappear (as Dr. P. predicted it might); and the lump I was also worried about turned out to be just a vaccination bump (as Dr. P. said it well likely could be) and that also disappeared. I really appreciated his practical approach. I'll be back for sure!!

We have been going to this animal hospital since 2017, and I have yet to have a single issue. They are kind, LOVE the animals, know who you are when you call in and are always willing to help. They are honest, and will let you know what is truly needed and not needed.Today, Desire went above and beyond in trying to ensure we had our food on time, and kept in contact with me (it was our fault for waiting so long!).If you are looking for a safe place for your fur family, look no further! you will not be disappointed.

I had an emergency situation yesterday with my cat and if it wasnt for all these wonderful reviews I wouldn't have taken her here. It's so hard to find a trusted vet nowadays and all I can say is we found one for life. I would like to say thank you to the doctor and amazing staff for making me feel at ease as well as allowing me to bring her in right before closing. The doctor was very professional and friendly with my cat. He called me today with test results and also gave advice. He is so understanding and caring and you can tell he is passionate about animals. Thank you once again for taking care of Halo. Keep up the amazing work.

Been going there for years. Don't live in surrey but definitely been worth the drive out. My dog loves it there and have a hard time getting him to leave lol. Great staff, great pet care. They even try to help on last minute emergency situations. They have never let me down. Love this place!!!

We were visiting family in the area and our Chesapeake Bay Retriever was injured while hiking and needed immediate surgery. Dr. Prostran and his entire staff were fantastic! I can’t speak more highly of the talented, professional, and caring we experienced at this animal hospital. We highly recommend Newton Animal Hospital.

I have been coming to this clinic for a few years now, the staff here is always friendly and helpful. The staff here puts your pet first and will do everything they can for you and your pet. I've always had a great experience when I am Herr, I highly recommend this clinic.
