Jets Gear Polo Park

I visited this store on November 5,2022.The staff were absolutely terrible. I was the only one in the store. Staff completely ignored me. I wanted to ask a question. I left the store without buying anything. I will never return to that store

I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but your associate, Parm was very helpful. My boyfriend loves his new Jersey. There was no music tho which made it a little awkward to be honest.

I went in the store to get a Jersey for my Dad for father’s day and Parm was a lovely staff and helped me get what I wanted for my Dad. I was very indecisive which jersey to get and I’m glad she convinced me to get the right Jersey. She is very knowledgeable about the material of the clothing. It would be nice to have good music again. Who wants to watch sports WHILE shopping?

The store itself is lovely, but the staff- don’t smile or greet you. They act like you’re burdening them just by being there.

My first and last time I will attend this store, what a major disappointment and of all the days, it was today for Mother's Day. My friend and I visited this location to pick up some Jets Gear for our hard working Mother's who will be attending the Jets game 2 tomorrow at the Bell Mts centre. I asked a staff member for sizes and the woman looked at me and said whatever sizes is on the floor is what we have. I said yes but it is hanging up top and I am too short to see the other sizes of Jerseys and she said well what size do you need? I said 2 mediums please, she said sorry no mediums and then went back to chat with her colleague. Then my friend asked another staff member on the floor for assistance, same question and the guy looked at her and said you look like a large" Oh my gosh!! If you want better courtesy and professional service

This is by far the best jet store in Winnipeg. I was in here the other day and I think it was the manager who went the extra mile to help me find the sweater I was looking for. Great job and appreciate the help especially being disabled.

I was shopping here yesterday morning and what a difference since the last time I was here. The staff were very plesent and cheerful. And I was helped right away! I normally don't come here but it had a different vibe then just a few months ago. They had some nice music playing instead of the boring old sports news and the store had that nice inviting feeling. I had a wonderful experience!! Highly recommended!

For Jets gear, you can find it here...and that's about it. Nothing for the Manitoba Moose or other teams...which some may feel is okay. On the day we were there, the staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and appeared uninterested.As we are both hockey fans who have been to many other team" stores

Want the Moose or Ice jersey but none here. I guess the name promises jets?

Went on Nov 28th 2021, @ clerks stood on the floor talking & 3 were looking after 1 customer. I had to wait for one of the two to stop talking before she realized I wanted to ask a question. The way the staff acted I could have stole stuff & they wouldn't have known. I just wanted some face masks, which they didn't have, except kid sizes. Go to Canada Life Centre instead
