Rude, unprofessional staff accusing a child of an impropriety without evidence! Shameful!

I go here to get scented candles and car fresheners. They usually have a very good selection of scents that are neutral or on the masculine side but this time it was all flowers, coconuts and sweet scents. Please get in a larger variety of scents that are inclusive to those partial to not having their car smell like a daiquiri from some tropical island.

I was here shopping for my mother. She wanted some aromatherapy stuff. April helped me when I walked in and after looking for awhile, I had a few questions. She answered them all perfectly and it helped alot. Once I had decided, I was helped by Haley at the register. She was also phenomenal. She was so kind and courteous. She made me feel like my purchase mattered and that she was there to help. Just a great experience. I picked up 2 different aromatherapy products for 2/$24.50. A decent deal in Mid Nov. Prolly better in December though. I recommend shopping here. They work hard for your business and it shows. Thanks all at The Derry Bath and Body!

Variety of home fragrances that lasts and smells heavenly. I recommend. Also got some mists yesterday and hoping it's great as well.

It was not surprising to find a few branches of Bath & Body here at Edmonton since the locals love their products a lot. The place smelled lovely or it was just the time I visit but it smelled nice, it was like the combination of autumn air and sweet vanilla taste. I love their products since I dont need to worry about their quality.
