One of the worst building in term of service and management in university area. Always parking issue even after taking full year fees in advance. Sorry but worst place for investors to buy their condo. Gym: Dumbbells thieves live in building. List goes on and on.

I have lived many buildings near UW. Most of them were awful. In contrast, Sage X is much better. The wall are so thin, however, our neighbours are surpassingly quiet.The only issue is the outside noise even with closed windows.

Really really bad management and service. I started living in Sage X this September. There is no signal in the unit so I can't even have a phone call inside the unit. I told them this problem but they asked me to contact my service provider without even having a look at the problem. Besides, they don't reply to me when I want to set up auto payment. The company is unorganized and the employees are horrible. Don't ever rent sage condos if you want a peaceful life.

Sage living has a very horrible service. I don't know when Canadian governments are going to take action against housing companies in Waterloo area. They are basically run on the the same principles of wild west world.

Worst property management company we've ever dealt with - both for tenants and landlords. Lawyer filed a complaint with BBB against them, looking to get some compensation for the total waste of money their management fee is.

I am mostly satisfied, except that I cannot call anyone within my unit as long as I leave the window closed. Setting up Wifi calling with your svc provider is highly encouraged. If you are on a BYOP plan, change to Virgin. As far as I know Virgin is the only provider that grants the BYOP users access to Wifi calling.

Very bad building .. most of the time it is not clean at all. Internet outage every week. and you can be without internet for days .. and nobody cares to even pick up the phone to solve the problem.if you have an exam or work and you need the internet.. you are doomed .. RUN from this place .. they will screw your work and studies.
