Purchased a 6TB Seagate Backup Plus Hub from them that was totally broken. After trying to use the device I saw where whoever used it before tried taking the device apart by prying it open. All the clips were broken. When connected the device simply made a beeping sound and was unrecognizable by the PC. I reached out to them and of course no word back. I will never buy electronics at auction if they cannot provide a guarantee that it is at least functional. My bad CDN, I should've known better, never again though.EDIT: I could never have imagined 'AS, WHERE IS' means that I was gambling on whether the product works or was sold in a broken, useless state without the possibility of repair because it was tampered with. You the owner clearly have no conscience, but the blame is mine.

Great selection every week. Having dealt with many auctions, this is by far the best and most friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. Most places wouldn't help you take things out to your car but they do if needed. Keep up the great work CDN!

I've been purchasing from CDN Auctions for about a year now. Very happy with what I've purchased. I've only had one item not working, but with any auction purchase, the risks are there, but the reward of great deals out weighs the odd issue. The owners are always pleasant to deal with and have always treated me in a very professional manner. Thanks!

While we haven't purchased from the auction for a few months we look forward to start going back on line and searching through the auctions each week. Gina & Pleaman are fantastic. There were a few times when we couldn't make it in time to pick up our selections and they patiently worked with us.
