I sent my important documents via Express post and still they didn't delivered at the location also when i am calling them no body picking up my call , i waited untill 46 minutes to talk with help center and after that they hang up my call. Also when i go to the location, i told them to refund my amount and they said we can not do anything and call the customer service. They also said that it's Christmas time that's why they delayed my parcel ,then i said that's not my proble because i did Express post.Very ridiculous service from Canada post. Never expected from canada post.

Really very bad experience, after walk long with high volume box, they simpley rejected to give print label, even in instructions given, post office clerk has resoncibility has take print label, those employees are not at all think to help customer and to do their job.

Horrible customer service. I've been here to pick up a few packages I've missed and everytime I call to confirm it's there they take forever to answer! Thankfully I live nearby and I've walked over 15 minutes into hold onto to find the phone still ringing there the first time with nobody at front desk at all. The 2nd time well into 20 minutes on hold I walked back over and that young girl that everyone keeps mentioning was there working at the front desk but no phone was ringing. I'm sure she just puts the ringer on mute now and doesn't answer the phones at all during her shift.

Nearest Post Canada from my place. Not to busy, and employees work fast. Have not had to wait to long. I go often to pick and return amazon packages
